Streamlined RMM tool with 3rd party integrating & attentive onboarding from the start

What do you like best about the product?
Simplistic dashboard allows a quick overview of the health of our device estate.
Easy to create new or amend existing automations to suit our business needs.
Account manager has been supportive and pointed us in the right direction for specific requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've yet to find anything I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wasn't able to easliy keep track of my endpoints,check on the health of the device & ensure the device is patched with the latest updates.
With NinajaOne I'm able to do this and easliy connect to each device to provide IT support to the users.

Makes life easy, especially for a small IT team

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne makes managing our IT infrastructure incredibly simple; from patch management to the recently added software upload and distribution service, and being able to deploy scripts and provide remote assistance at the click of a button, it makes everything simple.

Implementing on new devices is incredibly easy, and there are a plethora of available integrations with existing products to make managing or monitoring everything from a central panel possible. We've been using NinjaOne for about four years now, and it has been a real game changer for us when it comes to managing our various sites with a very small IT team.

In the one or two cases where we'd needed to reach out to support, we've received a great service from both our account rep and the support team as a whole, and they do a great job of keeping you up to date with the latest features available on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've really encountered was when using an integration with an anti-virus solution, and the features I wanted to be available weren't accessible from the NinjaOne panel, but that's also not necessarily a fault of NinjaOne, but what is and/or isn't allowed through a third-party integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple sites across the country with a small central IT team, and NinjaOne makes resolving a lot of issues possible remotely, drastically cutting down on time spent handling issues.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne impresses with its straightforward implementation and integration, making it an ideal choice for daily operational use. Its intuitive interface caters to all technical skill levels, enhancing user accessibility. The product support is exceptional, featuring a responsive team that ensures efficient issue resolution. Additionally, NinjaOne is continuously evolving, regularly adding new features that meaningfully enhance its functionality. This blend of ease of use, outstanding support, and constant innovation, coupled with its seamless integration into daily workflows, makes NinjaOne highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
The policy hiearchy is a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne effectively addresses the challenge of identifying and prioritizing IT system issues by making them more visible and organized, rather than buried in the console. This clarity allows for a focused approach to problem-solving, providing a structured list of actual issues to tackle. This leads to more efficient resolutions, smoother operations, and reduced system downtime, greatly enhancing IT management efficiency.

Amazing RMM solution

What do you like best about the product?
1. Ease of use - NinjaOne is very easy to implement and use it takes minimal training to be able to setup a company and begin reaping the benefits of RMM.
2. Features - NinjaOne is constantly coming out with new features that improve the product.
3. Patch management - Their Patch management just works. There are no complex policies to setup just a simple config screen.
4. Ability to run custom scripts - Ninja has a nice repository of scripts as well as a script engine for custom scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure what I would change about NinjaOne. So far there has not been anything that i have needed that has not already been there, or the development team are already working on adding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working an a lean IT department, NinjaOne has allowed us to automate a lot of functions that we would not normally have time to take care of. Ninja takes care of Windows and 3rd party patching, alerts us to problem PC's, and provides detailed system snapshots that we can reference when supporting employee computers.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaONE has made updating and patching our fleet of Laptops so much easier. We can now access all our laptops at the touch of a button, we can send updates to the laptops and know that they are being applied, we can install new software when we need to. Very handy easy to use tool. We were able to deploy it in one day without any issues. We use it everyday to keep our machines running. And its been easy to intergrate into our IT management systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaONE continues to improve and their is times when it cant always do what is needed but they are a great help through support and their discord server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automated patch management, we used to have to spend a weekend a month to update our servers, now ninja just does it for us and with the new reporting tools we can tell whats up to date. Ninja makes patching laptops a breeze and knowing if they have been patched or rebooted where as before we never really knew.

What do you like best about the product?
The scripting, alerts, OS patching, and software inventory management are fantastic and work exceptionally well even with little-to-no experience on the platform. Try doing that with CW Automate! Customer support is fantastic, implementation requires no excessive training, and it integrates into HaloPSA, Hudu, and ScreenConnect with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more expensive than competitors. But the active development is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any piece of information I need to know about a device I can find using NinjaOne, or if it is not natively accessible I can write a powershell script to pull that info into a custom field. It really makes IT Asset Management and Auditing a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
When a user or client has any kind of issue, we can easily connect with them and provide service to them. This will be time-saving, prompt service, and great user satisfaction we achieve.
Another thing is Ninja's Service support also good, incase If I have any problem just raise ticket on portal, teams available to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I get connected with user, I am not able to verbal talk on teams but we can chat with user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Team Viewer for remote support but we not able to manage patch management which Ninja provides. its also good for all Hardware Conifiguration of Laptop also, so that warranty check becomes easy for us.

Intuitive design, great collection of features

What do you like best about the product?
being able to ghet all the machine information from one page, from make and model to CPU and Memory usage
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside ive noticed is if a user is not added to our network we cannot see their machine, a "one time use" app would be helpful like teamviewer does
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is great and increased out compliance greatly
