Easier patch management and good Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Having all assets in one console. You can see what's up with a specific infrastructure. You can react asap because of customization the alerts. And you can get so much more information with scripting and custom fields.
And with the specific patch management it's easy to have all up to date.
And with the new Ninja Remote it's so easy to control the devices. I save a lot of time in my daily routine.
The next step will be the ticket system to upgrade our workflow.
The implementation is very intuitive too, role out via the DC is so easy, also the use of PoerShell to role it out is very comfortable
And I love the good and fast support. Technical and our Account manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation app could be better. It would be nice if some data can be grabbed automatically. But for now it's a good feature too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching servers by hand, having an overview about the assets. Manage serial numbers and hardware vendors. Having documentation at one place. Deploy software.
New to NinjaONE and LOVING IT!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how NinjaONE allows me and my small IT team manage all our devices (PC and Mac) with ease. Quick access to important information through dashboards and reports is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one gripe is that I find the mobile app to be lacking in admin features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaONE allows us to ensure all of our devices are patched and up-to-date on drivers and settings. Previously, we were visiting each machine on an as-needed basis and it was very time consuming.

NinjaOne effectively addresses challenges in IT management by providing us with robust remote monitoring, proactive issue resolution, and powerful automation. The platform's centralized dashboard enhances visibility and streamlines workflow, resulting in increased productivity and minimized downtime. Overall, it has transformed our IT operations, allowing for a more proactive and efficient approach to system management.

What do you like best about the product?
Scripting and Automation. Patching and policy setup. both areas are truly helpful during troubleshooting. Since i am using this tool it makes me very much comfortable to support my customers and endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time it is giveing unlonwn errors and stop working for endpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS patching and updates, Policies and task schedulers and Automation with scripting part. These are the main areas which giving me support and benefits to achive my goals.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
As an MSP getting the tool deployed quickly, efficiently and leveraging the work we've put into our configuration has been a huge time savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gap is being closed with every release, our biggest issue with MDM which we are looking forward to trying out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating our tools and having a single pane of glass for our operations center to work from, no longer are we missing alerts because a monitoring page is minimized or covered by another one of our tools.
Amazing support!
What do you like best about the product?
I started to use NinjaOne for my MSP and it was the best program out on the market today. The program was easy to install on the users computers and did not use to much memory like some other applications. IT always kept me up to date with issues and changes that would need to be made. Unfortunately I became sick and was not able to continue my work and the team at NinjaOne was amazing and supportive. They helped me close out everything I needed and have still been checking in on me periodically. When I am back on my feet and ready to start up again NinjaOne RMM will be my only choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt the only issue in the begging was some download issues to other users systems but that was corrected in a patch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As my business was working with older customers the NinjaOneRMM was very easy to install and not confusing for my customers to use if they needed to contact me. It kept all the computers up to date which protected my clients from phishing and other cyber security issues.

We manage 1600 pc for patching, but we found that Ninja goes beyond patching with it's scripting and more.

I do wish they had more third party patches. They are adding more.

All endpoint management. For 15,000 we save 130,000 per year on endpoint managmen.
Great, not perfect, but always improving
What do you like best about the product?
We're able to make scripting work as we want with the use of custom fields or documentaiton fields.
Very few issues with the product- uptime is great, very few bugs, works as expected.
The interface is fast, and I feel like I'm able to work at my speed with it.
It was very easy to get up and running with it, and very low maintenance (we came from CW Automate).

What do you dislike about the product?
Search filters need improved. For example I want to be able to do a search such as show me all computers with software xyz installed, but that don't have software abc installed.
3rd party patching could use some TLC - like I'd really like to have a bigger library on what it can patch for 3rd party apps. Also if a patch fails, they need to improve on the ability for it to give you error on why it failed.

We're able to keep endpoints and servers patched, and automate a ton of time with scripting.
Excellent and very well rounded RMM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
There are many positives about Ninja One. It is versatile and well rounded. The UI is excellent and consistant. The agent is light and comes as one piece of software (remote control software can bundle on top if desired) Highly recomend the Professional SKU giving a great bundle and excellent value for Money. Thanks to the helpdesk module we heavily use this software and the customer support has been good when needed also !
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found a couple of small niggles with the helpdesk platform. Being able to set 'organisation' is trickier than it needs to be but invaluable when you have 1000 systems and segmented IT Teams. But despite that the product is extremely well rounded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One has been invaluable for HW and SW asset management. Extremely helpful for remote support and for Helpdesk Functionality.
