NinjaOne system review

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne combines the features from those 3 into one and then some for far less money and with much easier licensing. It is the lifeblood of our MSP business and we use it every minute of ever day.

Before NinjaOne we used CW, IT Glue, and Kaseya for our ticketing, documentation and RMM solution. Ninja is better, cheaper and easier to use. And they are constantly improving and upgrading it.

NinjaOne was a breeze to implement and learn the basics. There are so many services included I don't think we are even using 50% of its capabilities.

Since they were 'born on the web' both their browser and mobile interfaces are far better and saved us about 40%.

They also provide their own backup system allows and users to securely remote into their office computer, and has antivirus integration with webroot.

Customer support has been helpful in the few times we have needed them.

Win, win, win, win!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is that the documents are not yet available on the mobile app, however we expect that to be coming in early 2025.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything concerning support of our clients is in NinjaOne.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is a fantastic product. They have configurable policies to help manage systems, Ninja-remote works great. Great device information catalog and logging. Support for end users who need to access only specific machines, great support, the list goes on.

Ninja is easy to deploy and configure, and most importantly reliable and dependable for every day use.

No major issues here. Sometimes file transfer works a bit slow but that's about all I can think of.

The device action log and device details are also fantastic. Remote file browser and registry editor are also available and highly useful.

With Ninja Patch Management it isn't just Microsoft but dozens of other vendors too. In addition since it is a cloud tool I can monitor, control and push scripts to remote devices. We recently started to use Ninja also for end user remote access and the end users with remote access love Ninja vs our former solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish reporting tool was more flexible and powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We subscribed to NinjaOne for patch management but now we use it also for software deployment and RMM and remote access for techs and endusers

A breath of fresh air!

  • November 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We originally used NinjaOne several years ago but eventually transitioned to Datto RMM—which, at the time, seemed like a logical move. Unfortunately, over time, issues began to pile up, and the platform became more of a burden than a benefit. That led us back to NinjaOne, and we haven’t looked back since.

Our account manager helped us get started even while our Datto (now Kaseya) contract was winding down, and the migration process was remarkably smooth. Moving our scripts and policies over was effortless, and onboarding our clients took just minutes. The phrase “one pane of glass” perfectly captures what NinjaOne delivers.

I’ve saved more time not having to fix or fight with my RMM tools in the last few years than I ever did with Datto. The speed, responsiveness, and reliability of NinjaOne have been outstanding. Submitting a job or script and seeing it run instantly is genuinely refreshing. Add to that the active developer community on Discord and a team that truly listens to its partners—and it’s clear why NinjaOne stands out. It’s part of our daily workflow now, and we’re not going anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time there are hardly any issues that we can even write about. There is always some quirks with RMM's but Ninja has resolved critical issues almost immediately. A few minor bugs for some patching, but nothing that is show stopping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place. All in one billing. Keeping all endpoints at top performance. The backup is phenominal
