What do you like best about the product?
Ninja made it effortless for us to connect to our server environments wherever we had the tool installed, whether on prem or running on VMs in Azure and AWS.
The scripting feature made server side automation easy, whilst we could jump onto the desktop too if we needed to.

We are too used to it! We need to access some customer systems and it is frustrating when we can't use it.

Ninja gives unified easy access across diverse environments.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to deploy, had it up and running very quickly. It integrated nicely with Splashtop and Bitdefender. Love the ticketing feature, didn't plan on using that but now is one of my favorite features. Nice companion phone app as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Menus are a little confusing, but once you get orientated you can quickly do what you need to do.

Ability to remotely monitor, patch and support my mobile users. Also helping keep my documentation up to date.
Very useful software which can help you on your daily routine as an IT Officer of the company.
What do you like best about the product?
The NinjaOne is a software that i use for my daily routine as an IT Officer of the company. It is very usefull and helped us to remotely connect in order to solve problems. In addition, as i work in Maritime Industry it is very quick and usefull to remotely connect to the vessels faster than other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is very usefull, it has not a report which can inform the IT department about the Critical Events on every computer from the event viewer tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily IT issues with the users-vessels on Maritime industry, and easy patch management. In addition, helps you to create batches which are necesary on the your routine.

Ninja is very easy to implement and use . It is full of useful tools and features for IT professionals. The support team and sales team are excellent.
It has become are daily software for remote management , policies , and ticketing. Intergration with our exeisting infrastructure was very easy.

A little difficult on the scripting size and also we need more software intergrations.

Day to day support to onpremises and remote endpoints. Automated patch management. Policy enforcements. Ticketing. Cybersecurity compliance

The tool allows the team to remotely support all users in this hybrid working world.

I think the service ticket feature could improve.

This is solving remote support, patching and allowing auditing to be improved, resulting in help achieving some certifications.

Patching, use of the system, training, easy integration and great customer support. Very easy to implement!

MDM, Ticketin need some focus. This is also in their roadmap.

It is a perfect simple RMM with intuitive and simple graphics. it collects everything an IT team may need. Support is helpful and fast.

Currently, I have not encountered any issues, although there are some missing features that I hope will be introduced as soon as possible

Software and Windows patch management is essential. it also gives you the ability to record an inventory of workstations, servers, and other devices in your company.
