What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer support and easy to use. The features are superb and are constantly being expanded and developed. The system is also easy to integrate, implement and operate. We use the system most days
What do you dislike about the product?
No negatives as of yet. Sometimes some of the features are hard to set up but support is fast

Being able to see issues and resolve remotelly, also to push out updates

What do you like best about the product?
It's much faster to get to the website in a hurry and get connected to a PC compared to other RMM services we've used. Also the customer support has been very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in reporting feature is alrmost worthless. The API Reporting is great, but it would be nice to be able to create good, attractive reports inside the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us support clients in many remote locations quickly and effectively.

Game Changer for our Team

What do you like best about the product?
We use NinjaOne Primarly for OS Patch Management and it has been a game changer for us in our environment. The way of approaching patch management has been fantastic to us. We use this product everyday to keep us up todate and to ensure our compliance with cybersecurity. Implementing the product was a breeze and we are continuing to build additional integrations into our environment.

Third party patch management is no longer a problem with integration of thousands of titles into the ecosystem.

Continued improvement in the product. There is always new features being released to make my and my team's life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I previously noted 3rd party patching in this review, but have moved that to something I now Like.

The biggest dislike is that the development cycle is long and well tested. While that is a good thing for product releases that they are well tested, when something is found it can sometimes take some time to work through all of the required stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire reason for bringing NinjaOne into our environment was to meet compliance requirements on patching. NinjaOne has helped up achieve these compliance requirements and maintain them consistently. We continued to doubledown on NinjaOne and are starting to use it as an all around automation platform, with custom scripting and even integrating the product with out own custom tools through API.

What do you like best about the product?
The basic use is easy to learn. The implementation is very fast. Very comprehensive device filtering and good integration with custom scripts. Support in Spanish.
What do you dislike about the product?
some details need to be polished or improved, such as software deployment, remote control of devices, etc.

Excellent Service and Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Platform was was easy to setup on the whole, i do wish the automation was a little more intuitive but other than that we were up and running in less than an hour. It was great to have Teamviewer added into the bundle too. Instead of having to contract review multiple vendors we just had to do the one.

We are 100% cloud based so NInja made our lives alot simpler, was used every day. Add to that great support from Marco Dreilich it topped off the exeperience.

Automation - wish it was a little more intuitive

Sidebar menu options - few more options for quick access like software, why do i have to click 4 buttons just to get to software when it could be 1?

Side bar menus and reporting. Unfortunaltly we are leaving now due to a new MSP signing so a little late.

NinjaOne is simple to use, and gives a good visual dashboard of what is going on.

The integrations with Bitdefender are not quite good enough.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of management and installation. Great support from the technicians and Account Manager (Victorio), the ease of integration with our systems, the large number of features and functionalities it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more visually appealing Dashboard to be able to have it on a TV

What needs improvement?

NinjaOne's pricing and user interface needs improvement.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Compared to NinjaOne, Atera is more user-friendly and lightweight, has better infrastructure, and provides easy access to any machine. Also, NinjaOne has a user-based licensing plan, whereas Atera offers bundled licenses.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The product's pricing depends on the number of PCs or devices.

What other advice do I have?

NinjaOne helps us view the status of software patching, whether the PC is locked or unlocked. Performance-wise, it works well for any enterprise tool. However, Atera is more cost-effective.

I would not recommend NinjaOne to other customers. I rate it a two out of ten.

Ninja increased our monitoring possabilities by alot and solved the problem with applying Updates for Servers.
