NinjaOne: Effective and very customizable

  • November 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use while still having a lot of built in features as well as the ability to add your own scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be solved by implementing a script however I noticed a few things.

The amount of time it takes for a device with the ninja client to appear online again after going offline. It doesnt always take a long time however sometimes I'm just sitting there hitting refresh after a machine reboots for it to show up in the Ninja portal as online. Another thing is being able to see the latency on a remote session so I know off the bat how fast the connection is. Now this final thing im not really sure what the solution would be however when remoting into a users machine who has a single wide monitor it can be difficult to see text. I noticed theres sometimes a way to force zoom with no scrolling but if there were a shortcut or option to zoom in and be able to scroll that would be helpful.

other than that everything about it is very easy to use and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to view alot of information about a machine while also being able to assist users in real time.

Best Overall RMM Suite

  • November 22, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Before onboarding to NinjaRMM, we utilized TeamViewer Host for unattended remote access and Webroot for anti-virus, so our familiarity with these products helped with our decision to onboard considering the native integration.
We also appreciate our Account Manager who reaches out to us regularly with recommendations.
Having a product that works reliablity is of utmost importance, and I'm happy to report that I can't remember a time when the RMM service was unavailable.
I also appreciate the NinjaOne team is constantly innovating with new features and integration, including SentinelOne and the Ninja MDM beta.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had instances where TeamViewer was unable to establish a connection, but opening a remote command prompt or remotely restarting the TeamViewer service would provide a workaround to connect.

I'm happy to say I haven't experienced this issue as of late, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has provided us a single pane of glass to centrally manage and support our clients' IT on-premise and remote infrastructure.

Ninja One - The good and the bad

  • November 22, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about NinjaOne is that it provides a single interface to manage all our clients devices. I use it all day long, and I am able to connect to any clients machine VERY quickly when I need to. It is easy to install on new devices, allowing us to support our clients effectively and effeciently.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the flip side, on the rare ocasion that NinjaOne services are down, we cannot log in to almost ANY client machines. This does rarely happen though. it would be nice to have mobile device support as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we were able to replace other remote support methods with NinjaOne

New NinjaOne deployment

  • November 22, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface, great view of the health of all managed devices, and ability to be proactive in our support instead of reactive. Patch management is spot on. Easy to figure out, if you struggle just watch the help videos or open a support ticket. After one month of use after deploying, I have a firm grasp of all the endpoints we manage, and have the ability to remotely service our clients. Really enjoying NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of tools and features I still need to learn about, but thats on me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing the status and management of all endpoints into focus, and allowing us to be proactive and efficient supporting out clients.
