Control of computer equipment without limit.
What do you like best about the product?
The completeness of the product. You can control the equipment and automate notifications so that the system is much more controlled, but without being intrusive.

Ninja offers a easy to use and powerful rmm
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has been rock solid, and provides a powerful toolset for managing devices. The custom variables and details we can get and then script back into management has been invaluable and something the other big players have struggled at consistently. Support and integration in onboarding was fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations for Apple, and third party management for items like office365, apis to streamline scripts and actions would be welcome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We removed another vendors rmm that had potential but failed to execute. Reliability was poor, support was beyond terrible. Ninja has rectified all of that and made it a centerpiece tool in managing endpoints.

Ninja is so epic kawaii desu ~
What do you like best about the product?
OMG, I love ninja so much. It's so epic, just like when I get the victory royale on fortnite. It reminds me of the old expression used on the most epic anime there is, Naruto! When Naruto turns into a ninja, he shouts, "it's chakra time" and defeats all the bad guys. In a similar way, I love using Ninja to make epic gamer plays while helping out customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dark mode and the light mode hurts my eyes.

What do you like best about the product?
This has helped our business run smoothly from a support standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better on devices. There should be more options for the reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of devices so its hard to keep track of everyone and NinjaOne helps us keep everything in one place.
Policy implementation - Not yet live
What do you like best about the product?
Creating policies is straight forward once you have a plan first of what it is you'd like to achieve. Update windows and timings seem to be very straight forward. Support for Windows, MacOS and Linux is nice to have all in one area. My colleagues have used the customer support agents and have mentioned how friendly and helpful they have been. The main dashboard for the overview of org's is smart and flushed out, with a quick breakdown of the number of devices and being able to pull out total number of software that is seen across all devices are very fast to find, espeically in a case of auditing for security reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggling to get the Ninja Remote software to work correctly
A graphical interface of the policies and how they all link together in one page would be nice, after ~10 policies with child and parent's can get very confusing in the current UI.
Can't seem to remove the default policies / change the policies that are created by default.

Looking for an alternative to CWM due to a bug that has not been fixed after 2+ years. NinjaOne should all allow us to work the way we intend to without causing end user's issues
