Checks a bunch of our boxes for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Been using for years now and still getting nice updates.
Easy to implement, easy to use, customer service has been great even on features that are not fully supported. We rely on it everyday and it has been great at integrating with other services. We like the features that are included with it.
The remote feature is super helpful, patch management works great. I think the newer ninja remote application has been way more reliable. Getting quick up to date info on an endpoint saves so much time for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ticket system is very basic could use a few improvements. The reporting is a little bit difficult to work with and is very basic as well. For small shops I think its great though, they added a new feature which finds similar tickets and that has been really nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier for our users to submit tickets, automatically updating patches, remote support for IT and departments is much more secure than installing VPN connections to machines without crazy configurations.
NinjaOne is integral part of our team!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is an essential tool for our IT department, helping us support over 15,000 employees and 14,000 endpoints. We use it for remote access and issue resolution, running scripts to clean up computers and retrieve necessary information from workstations. We appreciate the ability to monitor our workstations' health.
NinjaOne's customer service is the best I've experienced in my 20-year career. Their response time and attention to detail exceed those of most other IT vendors. They genuinely enjoy talking to and listening to their customers, from their support staff to their upper management levels. It's evident that they prioritize their customers.
Deploying and using NinjaOne was simple and straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can really say is for them to have better documented information on which permissions go with which system ( and I believe they are working on that ).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized all of our monitoring and control of the end points into one location. We where able to have backups, patch management, AV deployment and monitoring, Remote Access, Reporting and Monitoring of the locations in one spot.
Unlocking Efficiency: A Glowing Review of NinjaOne's NinjaRMM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is our go-to platform for managed and co-managed IT.
We use NinjaOne across the board — for fully-managed, co-managed, and even self-managed customer environments. It's central to how we handle steady-state operations, security posture management, OS and third-party patching, automation, and integrated ticketing.
The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it ideal for both our internal engineers and customers we support in a co-managed model. Automation and scripting are rock-solid, and the platform integrates well with the rest of our stack.
Security and alerting are proactive and reliable, which helps us stay ahead of issues before they hit production. NinjaOne has helped us streamline operations, reduce overhead, and scale our service delivery efficiently.
Support has consistently exceeded expectations — not only in resolving issues quickly and effectively, but also in escalating to engineering when needed. We've seen rapid turnaround on tickets that require deeper technical insight, and the feedback loop has been excellent. The responsiveness and technical depth of the support team is a major differentiator.
New features continue to roll out regularly, enhancing functionality without adding complexity. Combine that with an unbeatable price point, and NinjaOne continues to deliver exceptional value as a cornerstone of our operations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting continues to be the weakest area of the platform. While the built-in reports offer basic visibility, they still lack the depth and flexibility needed for more advanced use cases. There's limited ability to drill down into data, filter by asset, site, or tag, or generate audience-specific reports that speak to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Unfortunately, this aspect has seen little improvement over time. While NinjaOne does provide an open API, leveraging it effectively requires development resources and a level of API fluency that smaller teams may not have. For organizations without in-house scripting or development expertise, producing custom reports that meet customer expectations is difficult and time-consuming.
I strongly encourage the NinjaOne team to take a deeper look at this area. Enhanced native reporting capabilities — including ad hoc report builders, more granular filters, dynamic visualizations, and templating for different audiences — would go a long way in making the platform more self-sufficient for IT teams of all sizes. As it stands, reporting remains the most significant gap in an otherwise strong and rapidly evolving platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most significant challenges we faced prior to implementing NinjaOne was the vulnerability of our endpoints to cyber threats. With a diverse network ecosystem spanning multiple operating systems and devices, maintaining consistent security across all endpoints was a daunting task.
NinjaOne has been instrumental in addressing this challenge by providing a comprehensive suite of security features designed to fortify our defenses. From endpoint protection to vulnerability scanning and threat detection, NinjaOne offers a multi-layered approach to safeguarding our systems against evolving cyber threats. This proactive approach to security not only minimizes the risk of data breaches and cyberattacks but also ensures compliance with industry regulations, bolstering trust and confidence among our customers.
Patch management, in particular, has seen dramatic and consistent improvement. Visibility into patch deployment status, success/failure rates, and current patch state across environments has become significantly more actionable. The enhanced reporting and dashboard controls make it easier to validate patch compliance at a glance — across Windows OS, macOS, and third-party applications. This has been a critical factor in helping us maintain a strong security baseline, and gives our team the assurance we need when auditing patch posture for both internal standards and external requirements.
In addition to improving our security posture, NinjaOne has streamlined our IT operations, saving valuable time and resources. The platform's intuitive dashboard provides real-time insights into system health and performance metrics, allowing us to identify and address issues promptly. Furthermore, NinjaOne's automation capabilities have enabled us to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up our IT team to focus on strategic initiatives and innovation.
Overall, NinjaOne's comprehensive security features, maturing patch management, and efficiency-enhancing capabilities have been instrumental in optimizing our IT environment. By proactively addressing security vulnerabilities and streamlining operations, NinjaOne has not only mitigated risks but also enhanced our overall productivity and performance. As a result, we can confidently deliver a secure and reliable experience to our customers while driving business growth and innovation.

Love NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja's proprietary remote control software is perfect. They took all the features from the others and made it better!
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest update to the remote agent didn't auto-update. Connecting to a remote machine gave a version mismatch and required I download and install the new version. Not a huge complaint, but it would've been nice to have it already updated and ready for me to get to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an all-in-one patch management, software/hardware inventory, and remote support tool. Ninja fits all our requirements.
Great For A One-Man IT Department
What do you like best about the product?
I run our entire IT department by myself, and it would be impossible without NinjaOne's patch management system. It's easy to configure and maintain, and NinjaOne support has been very easy to work with when I have any questions or need guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I've had with NinjaOne have had to do with minor bugs. I've occasionally had remote access sessions freeze up for no apparent reason and some of the remote access settings haven't work exactly like they're supposed to, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch and endpoint management. With these tools configured through NinjaOne, I don't have to worry about Windows patches going through. I've got different patching policies configured for our different devices, and I only need to deal with patching when there's a problem with a Windows update.
NinjaOne is simple and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is simple and powerful. Easy to manage our endpoints through a single dashboard. Love the integration withour SentinelOne endpoint security software. Implementation was quick. We were up and running within a few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Patch management could be a bit more robust. I think the options to granularly allow/block patches is rather clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow endpoint management through a single dashboard.
Amazing RMM
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, price, feature set is impressive and continuing to expand
What do you dislike about the product?
patching seems inconsistent, but that has more to do with the challenges of remotely patching and rebooting windows without avoiding disruption
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is used for our remote management for our laptops. it's great to use, works exactly as you'd expect, and has never caused a single issue that impacted the business
TeamLogic IT Elgin NinjaOne Review
What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease of deployment to get clients onboarded. We also like the ability to deploy third-party software through the Ninja agent, it make onboarding easier. We also like the ability to manage network devices like firewalls, switches and routers via the ninja console.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to deploying third-party software we would like to be able to designate it to run on specific devices or specific groups of devices without it haveing to be run on the entire organization, this would make adding devices to an organization that we've already onboarded much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja enables us to work more remotely without having to travel to a clients site as often, this saves the client an expense and it free's up more time for my technicians to be able to provide service to multiple clients at once.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is very easy to deploy and use. The custom Ninja remoting tool is smooth and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like. The one thing is the lack of Dark Mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to combine multiple tools, that we were using, into one tool.
Users Will Love This
What do you like best about the product?
The setup for NinjaOne has been the best part of being able to use this RMM. There aren't a lot of remote softwares that are completely user friendly with generally positive feedback when setting up compared to many RMMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about NinjaOne, but I will say there are some features missing that will fortunately enough come in the near future
Update: Since this review there have been many updates that have made this experience even better !!
