What do you like best about the product?
Pros: I can easilytroublshoot and fix production issues from my desk without traversing a large warehouse with team viewer. The dashboard makes reveiwing issues a breeze! Being able to incorperate third party like Sentinel one is also a bonus to any existing services. Customer service has been very helpful with any issues we had getting everything setup. I useNinja One everday for troubleshooting even the smallest issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cons: More options for intergration would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One helps with patch managment and saving time fixing network issues

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement and it just seems to work and the built in scripts are easy to use. It is also easy to create my own scripes. And feature requests are easy and actually seem to be considered / implemented. Having webroot included is nice too. Also, the times I have ad to reach out to support I feel like it has gone well and they have been helpful! I like to that it can integrate with my psa.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't available to see if the computer is offline and once in a while after a ninja update I have had agents go offline and need to be reinstalled, but that is rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving my RMM needs as well as anti-virus and remote access.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information that was not easily obtainable is now right at my fingertips. NinjaOne made this possible and I love it. Their UI is so easy to use and appreciate the support they've provided in times of need. It was easy to setup and we use it all the time. There are so many things you can do with NinjaOne and seems to integrate with our software with ease. Since we've been using their product for a while now, I don't forsee ever not having their service. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing at this time. We have really appreciated their solution. They are always so responsive and quick to answer questions when I need them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have visability into our computers, especially when it came to who was installing what where, and if anything malicious was potentially happening. With NinjaOne, that's just one of their amazing features that I love and it really benefits us with more visibility. And to have all that data at your fingertips is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I was searching for an MDM for all my Windos machines that could easily apply windows updates, 3rd party updates, scripts and allow for remote access to the machine. I also did not want something too complicated that requires days of training to grasp. I have found all of that in NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a few more 3rd party package available. I still use an ancillar product to check for vulnerabilites that is not part of the NinjaOne product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not have an MDM for all my windows endpoints and servers that offered me all the features I needed in one package and was easy to use. That is what NinjaOne provided for me.

What do you like best about the product?
All the instruments on the platform work as intended and for the first time i feel that someone (your account manager) can really help if you have an issue, instead of robochats or autoanswered emails...
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really as of now, i just would like to have a real integration between Bitdefender GravityZone and Ninja, but i have been told that is on development!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is the control of windows patching

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's technician toolset has every an IT Sys Admin needs to troubleshoot end-users issues and provide them with the best and most efficient support. Ease of use is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
this product is well designed and I don't see any apparent flaws in their product. We have not encountered any bugs in their software which is great for the number of features built-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have many users to helpdesk ratio, we need a tool that can provide our technical IT team with the ability to be "everywhere" we need to support the users hands-on. Additionally, NinjaOne is our IT asset management tool and very helpful for software updates and cost accounting.

    Computer Software

Administrator Swiss Army Knife

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne provides many of the tools system administrators use/need all in one easy to use platform. Remote control, monitoring, inventory, patching, reporting, antimalware - I use it daily.

The environment is easy to set up and systems are easy to get added; we used PDQ Deploy to push the agent plugin to users' computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cant think of anything I dislike about NinjaOne. I used to have a hard time removing systems from inventory, but that and any other complaints I had with NinjaOne have been addressed in their updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to sign up for 3+ services as NinjaOne does them all itself.

In our specific scenario, Teamviewer was much cheaper and did much more than what our previous system (Teamviewer Tensor) did.

What do you like best about the product?
It Just Works. NinjaOne has a wide varitey of features and they push out new features without breaking anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ninja team does a reasonable job conserving resources, but as always, it could cost less and be a bit lighter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management takes a lot of stress out of patch weeks. Remote monitoring is a must-have.

What do you like best about the product?
On our environment NinjaOne has been helpful to manage multiple systems remotely, push patches and keep track of ticketing, support has always been quick to reply with helpful information, this is a system that is used on a daily basis and has been easy to implement and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times computers cannot be reached remotely and this requires manual intervention, although it is a feature that is in the works, there is no way to create a quick session to join or support a system that is not manually joined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of requests, managing remote systems, patch management is what get used most on our side and helps when there are many remote locations to manage.
