Game Changer in Device Management

  • February 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ninja is The interface is clean, modern, and fast. It's the fastest and most modern around. No other RMM is more modern or fast. We use it everyday to mange our customer environments and since it's so modern and fast, it is a joy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main improvemnt I would like to see is support for SCIM provisioning with Azure.

Also it would be nice to have SAML with Azure and multi tenancy support. This means our customers can't use SSO with their own Azure tenant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying Device Management: Before NinjaOne, managing devices felt like herding cats. Now? It's like the cats are all in a row, doing a synchronized dance. The platform's simplicity and intuitive interface mean I spend less time figuring out how to do things and more time actually doing them. It's a big win for productivity.

Remote Management on Steroids: This is huge, especially since we work from anywhere. We can manage devices, push updates, and troubleshoot issues from wherever.

A Support Community That Actually Supports: Their community and support are like having all the answers when needed. Whether it's through their dojo or Discord, help is always a few clicks away. It's reassuring and genuinely makes a difference.

Mobile Access: The fact that I can do pretty much everything from my phone means I'm not chained to a desk. I can be out living life and still keep things running smoothly. It's a game-changer for work-life balance.

In essence, NinjaOne is solving the big headache of IT management by making it simpler, more accessible, and community-supported. It means less stress, more efficiency, and, honestly, more joy in my day-to-day work.

Highly reccomend

What do you like best about the product?
I use NinjaOne every day. It's great for customer support and managing mobile devices. It has a lot of useful features, including automatically pushing out scripts to customer's devices, remotely viewing device events and usage, seamless integration with Teamviewer and Splashtop. The features are very easy to use, and the software was easy to implement when we started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
MFA always asks for a code from the microsoft athenticator app, rather than give a code to be typed on the app. (I'm just being picky)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja allows for easy remote desktop connections to user's laptops.
Can push out scripts automatically at set times, and to a dynamic selection of devices

What do you like best about the product?
I use the ticketing system in Ninja the most and I find it really good, I like the auditing side and the patching software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to get decent repots out of the system, I would like to see better integration to external analytic tools, like Power BI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile MDM

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Hey folks, let me tell you about NinjaOne, the IT management solution that's got me genuinely excited! What I love most about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) is its incredibly user-friendly interface. Seriously, navigating through your IT infrastructure has never been this easy and intuitive!

The community has also been fantastic on Discord and is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a dealbreaker in any way for me but some times the logic of how some things are done feel like they are not fully feature complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to create automation based on computer alerts to reduce the time technicians are triaging low-level issues.

The closest to the Definitive Program

  • February 28, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a user who has been able to see the inner workings of NinjaOne thanks to my IT colleagues, what surprises me the most is how incredibly powerful it is as a tool for control and monitoring of equipment, where it seems there are no limits. Not only that, but it also offers an incredible ease for creating tickets. And, as a member of the marketing and internal communication team, it provides me with communication channels with our team that previously seemed impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being such a complex program, it seems that sometimes it causes problems during installation due to incompatibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for comprehensive monitoring and a very fast ticketing tool, which also aligns us with international standards such as ISO 27001. Additionally, in case of a cyber threat, it allows for quick action by both the IT team and the Communication team.

Excellent and ever evolving product range

  • February 28, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The support element is fantastic for our IT support team. The monitoring, reporting and automation are all continuously improving. We love it. It makes our jobs so much easier and reduces our workload by identifying issues before they become serious problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes after a reboot a laptop can take a little bit of time to show as back online and become accessible remotely. However this is probably more to do with Windows than the Ninja platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is a large part of the IT workload and Ninja has enabled us to automate these processes and make the task a lot simpler. It also highlights if a task has failed and allows for further investigation.
Being able to view an installed program inventory and currently running processes saves a great deal of time as issues can be resolved without physically logging into the device.
