Working from Home is like being in the office.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a wonderful app that allows me to do anything I need to do in the office from home. The app is easy to use and really opens up the ability to work remotely without missing a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have issues with switching screens. I have two monitors at work and only one on my laptop so I have to switch between the two and it can be challenging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other systems did not allow us to log into our database remotely. NinjaOne is always ready to go and gives us the ability to work remotely just like we were in the office.
Great app to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I love how open to feedback NinjaOne has with customers and their transparency with their road map. Very easy to use software compared to other apps I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only gripe I have with NinjaOne right now is no way to chat with users outside a remote session. Would really love this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely helps with patching and being an everyday remote tool for the day to day operations as simple to the item of disk clean ups it is very useful tool.
Ninjaone.. a program with many features and toys
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja offers a ton of different options, easy to use, but has a lot of features, customer support has been a huge help if I ran into any problems.. my company uses it every day so familiarity is def needed.

Sometimes the remote access button is a little laggy, and connection will drop, but if you refresh usually fixes the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Taking the pain out of RMM and IT endpoint management
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM offers a modern, lightweight alternative to ConnectWise Automate, with a user-friendly interface and cloud-native architecture that significantly reduces overhead. It excels in speed, ease of deployment, and intuitive navigation—making it particularly well-suited for MSPs seeking fast onboarding and streamlined workflows. One standout benefit observed after switching to NinjaOne was a 15% improvement in patch compliance within just one week, thanks to its straightforward policy configuration and reliable automation. NinjaOne’s remote access, scripting, and patch management capabilities are impressively responsive out of the box, requiring far less tuning than Automate. This results in shorter time-to-value, especially for teams focused on efficiency and operational clarity without the need for dedicated platform administration. Finally, the vendor is extremely supportive - tech support tickets
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne RMM streamlines operations with its modern UI and cloud-native design, it can feel limited when compared to the deep customization capabilities of ConnectWise Automate. Automate’s robust scripting engine, direct SQL database access, and extensive plugin ecosystem provide power users with granular control over nearly every aspect of the platform. NinjaOne, by contrast, abstracts much of this control behind a simplified interface. That said, its well-documented API does offer nearly the same level of data access as direct SQL access in Automate—making it a powerful tool for developers and integrators. However, those accustomed to Automate’s ability to rapidly prototype in the scripting console or build deep PSA integrations may still find NinjaOne's flexibility lacking, particularly for advanced, low-level automation or niche infrastructure needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it straightforward and reliable to manage a large number of IT endpoints en masse.

* The remote monitoring and assist integration with TeamViewer
* NinjaOne has a large list of 3rd party apps for patching
* NinjaOne has a large list of 3rd party apps for patching
What do you dislike about the product?
* The patching process takes time to refresh before it indicate if a device needs further patching/updates or a reboot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking outdated systems and software and allowing system backdoor access for IT as well as remote assistance on remote devices.
NinjaOne intuitive tools for everyday IT
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and simple, yet with all the necessary functions that an IT enthusiast's heart desires.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions outside of NinjaOne's core competency, which is device management, are not yet fully developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The simple device management and automation of everyday tasks in IT
A great product at a great price
What do you like best about the product?
A great service at a great price and Melissa has been great to us!
What do you dislike about the product?
More focus on automation of tier 1 ticketing/PSA needs as well as documentation integrations, with AI utilized in their framework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is typically pricing as RMM/PSA software across many vendors have similar functionality and support. NinjaOne has been good to us on this front which is why we are still with them today.
Switched from Syncro and N-Able, never looking back!
What do you like best about the product?
I use NinjaOne daily for my company, and one of the best features of NinjaOne's RMM, is how lightweight it is! Other RMM providers out there have their initial product, and offer free features like Network Mapping, Security Reporting, etc, which you think is great, however, this changes when looking into the services and system usage. There were multiple additional services that were beyond just the RMM Agent that used a fair amount of system memory to run, which could bog a system down depending on the specs. Not with NinjaOne! They just have their agent module, which you can customize with your company branding or hide it, and that agent houses all the "Standard" features of NinjaOne, like Patching, Documentation, Remote, etc. No additional bloat services required. In addition to being one of the best RMMs out there with their Automation and Scripting, you can attach Premade or Custom Scripts to the Agent, enabling you or your end user to run added scripts directly from the PC! It's also super easy to get it all set up and deployed to all your systems. There are many things I like about NinjaOne, but that one stood out the most to me.
The second would have to be their Customer Support. Ninja One has to be one of the best with their customer support, any time I had an issue or a question with how something integrated, I got a response within a few hours. The best part, the response had every thing I needed to have my question/issue answered! No searching around FAQs or nonsense like that.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike about NinjaOne is TOO MUCH modulation to their licensing. I understand it can be to lower the cost of a license since its per machine, but some features that would be mandatory to have in an IT environment, are extra, like Ninja Remote. You would think you would have a remote connection tool with your RMM software included, nope. Not with Ninja Advanced! Ninja Remote is such a GREAT remote tool and has virtually ZERO latency, even when remoting into 4K Resolution machines (Other remote software struggles when the client machine is running a high resolution). I ended up adding it and matching my device count, but it would had been nice to have it just built into core of the RMM solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving a lot of the issues that exists when you don't have an RMM. Straight to the point, no nonsense. Their product works and is fast, and that is how it benefits me. I don't have to read FAQ after FAQ to try and figure out why something isnt working or running properly or what the RMM is doing. It tells you everything on the device and everything that happens on the device. A TRUE REMOTE Monitor and Management software.
Easy to keep track of clients with Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice that I get notifications whenever people install new software, so it makes it easy to tell when and where something has gone wrong. As a business, we basically use Ninja 24/7 so we're always up to date on server outages and failing hard drives. Overall, it's an incredibly useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only minor gripe with Ninja so far is how it handles updates. Sometimes a user will have a failed update where Ninja is unable to fully push it through, resulting in me remoting into a client's machine just to simply open Windows Update and select "Check for Updates". It would be nice to have a "Force Apply" option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja basically allows me to check updates of entire businesses, remote into their computers when needed, work on the backend of their computers, and even check to see what servers are down. We literally couldn't work without them.
NinjaOne software and team is a pleasure to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with numerous IT vendors for remote monitoring and management (RMM) and general software solutions over the years. Ninja is hands down the easiest to work with. The team is responsive, and the RMM system is very straightforward to use. We have made significant progress automating the management of our clients with Ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a native integration into HALO PSA, but the notification channels work well enough. It would be nice to have the ability to combine tickets for recurring issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manageing large number endpoints consistently
