Well designed product with great features
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to deploy and their sales and support teams are quick to respond to questions and any issues / troubleshooting. The additions to the scripting library has enhanced what the product can do. Updates are frequent and seamless to the environments. NinjaOne is a quality product that was easily integrated into our infractructre deployment plan. We use NinjaOne daily to keep track of backups and remoting in to out clients.

Great Product, Regular new Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I really like NinjaOne. It's easy to use and has a great interface. I especially like the remote desktop capability. Super easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ping policies are very combusome and have to be configured one device at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is primarily solving my problem of needing to patch manage a large number of devices automatically.
Excellent way to provide remote support to end users, manage endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is really useful at managing enpoints, including patching and remote support. We also frequently use it to install applications that support silent install. Deploying ninja is literally as easy as installing an msi.
Without NinjaOne, our transition to intune would've been much harder. For those who use Intune, you know that scripts and remediations are... well... not the greatest. In Ninja on the otherhand, it's fantastic. They also have a massive library of scripts you can use as a template.
Their support team is also very responsive for any questions on "how to"

What do you dislike about the product?
We hoped to use their ticketing system but it lacks many basic features you would expect in a ticketing system. Alas, this was one small downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We bought Ninja to replace Teamviewer and WSUS. It's so much easier now.
An Excellent RMM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
What can I say? NinjaRMM is a pretty robust and well fleshed-out RMM solution. Getting everything set up was painless and the tools I'm able to leverage now are outstanding. On top of that I'm in pretty constant contact with our account manager who provides me timely feedback on our account, which is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get a ton of notifications, which isn't so much a downside of Ninja as it is my inability to manage what I get notified for. But out of the box if you have a large environment you will probably get blasted by email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had no way to monitor our inventory of laptops, nor did we have a good way of connecting to them whenever there was an issue. Ninja brought us a set of useful tools to be able to better remotely manage our assets.
Ninja has been great
What do you like best about the product?
We have found the patching and automation to be extermely useful as we grow our business to more and more endpoints. Being able to push out scripts, applications, and other utilities is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation and ticketing features of Ninja could be improved upon. They are newer to the platform, so I would imagine they will improve in time, but can use a more robust feature set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to maintain patching compliance across a fleet of several hundred endpoints
Core Functions Work Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
The RMM tool in NinjaOne works great, this is what it was built for and it delivers. It's easy to implement, easy to use, and easy to master.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nice to add features, but those features don't seem fully developed. It'd be better in my opinion to stick to your bread and butter and focus on making that the best RMM platform on the market rather than add stuff like a very basic ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is a great RMM tool, endpoint management is simple and efficient.
Quality product,
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM is a total lifesaver for managing IT systems, making everything from updates to monitoring super smooth and automated. Its intuitive design and robust features mean we can pretty much set it and forget it, which is awesome for keeping things running smoothly. Plus, whenever we hit a snag, their support team is on it fast, super helpful, and really knows their stuff!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, No dislikes with this product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with the recent changes to our company, this product helps us support remote workers more efficiently and able to troubleshoot hardware issues more effectively
An excellent 'single pane of glass' experience
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple features bundled into a single package (AV, patching, remote support)
What do you dislike about the product?
A more fleshed out script library would be useful, with common IT policies already in place to be used (e.g. things like inactivity timeouts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to manage eosftware installation manually and we have much better oversight of our endpoints. Logging is significantly easier.
