An improvement on our Asset Management and Patch Management systems.
What do you like best about the product?
Asset/Patch Management and Teamviewer Integration.

The ticketing side needs quite a bit of work-
The feed removes date/time information from emails.
Some attachments fail to display at all.
Private notes cannot be deleted or amended.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing together our Asset Management, Patch Management, Ticketing and eventually our MDM into one system/interface. Its simplifying the day to day management of our IT estate.

What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring and managing endpoints and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Graphical user interface. managing group policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had challenges to install and manage OS patches on endpoints and NinjaOne is a powerful tool for this purpose.
Great support, some confusing layout
What do you like best about the product?
The support has been top notch, very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding some things like scheduled jobs on devices can be a bit awkward with how the website is designed. From my time on the help desk it would have also been nice to have built in feedback as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to view and categorize devices and apply policies as well as monitor their health.
NinjaOne was a great solution to multiple needs
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja consistently updates and tailors their system to be user friendly and provide access to new tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to see any downsides to Ninja, out of all of the RMM tools we looked into, they consistently came out on top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better way to provide remote support, AV and managed updates to 100 end users. Previously, this was managed in 3 separate portals that were each cumbersome - Ninja combined them into a single portal for us.
Ninja is a great product for must of our daily IT needs!
What do you like best about the product?
The Windows patch management and 3rd party software management, remote tools, automation, and monitoring capabilities are outstanding. The customer service is amazing. Marco is always ready to help and assist us with any questions we may have. The user interface is simple and clean, making it easy for new users to pick it up quickly. Ninja has become our one-stop shop for reviewing our daily tasks with workstations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more reporting methods. Other than that, the platform is solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently at 98% compliance with our Windows systems, thanks to the help of Ninja.

Look and feel. Modern design and very smooth, with many powerful features.

The helpdesk has issues sending images and receiving them.

Ninja combines the best features of competitors
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Ninja for us is the ability to remotely manage all devices across the organization making the helpdesk streamlined and very efficient at our jobs. It helps us be very proactive with jobs and projects such as checking RAM amounts and PC age/uptime etc to troubleshoot issues and find old devices that are due for a replacement. I particularly like the ability to remotely run scripts and automate them to happen at a certain time, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the custom fields do not appear in ticket automation so you cannot yet use them as variables in automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking into MDM for IOS and Android devices and Ninja are helping us figure out if their MDM solution is the right replacement for an existing MDM we use.
Customer service has been top notch. This has taken my business to the next level.

The Windows patch management, Remote tools, and the monitoring capabilities are outstanding. It is very easy to Service multiple Customers.

My only wish so far is that there was a partnership with PC Matic for AntiVirus.

Great tool, value creation without much of a runway, from day 1.

I like most about NinjaOne is ability to fine tune policies ongoing plan to improve and features, and intuitiveness of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few feature discrepancy between supporting operating systems. Though to be fair I am not sure of any vendor that would have a complete feature parity between Linux, Mac, Win

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja can monitor all the servers including AWS and data centers. You don't have to use multiple monitoring tools for data centers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that much customizable. Like sometimes i've to retrieve some specific information about all the servers and it doesn't have the feature to get it. I've to do a lot of manual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja provides us real time alerts if any server reboots or shut down. We can take immediate reponse to restart the services.
