What do you like best about the product?
ninjaone Dashboard is very helpful for IT people. A lot of information can get and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
AS far as i know, ninjaOne cannot Sync with Azure AD yet. It will be great if it can sync with Azure AD

Unable to Connect Azure AD and synchronize users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne really bring together obvious systems that need to be Unified, for example remote support tool and Antivirus.
Patch Management That Works!
What do you like best about the product?
We came from using an on-premise system that provided patch management for endpoints, but being a mobile-centric organization, it was incredibly difficult to ensure patches were applied regularly. NinjaOne provided the secure remote patch management that we desperately needed with the benefit of being easy to implement and manage; now, our endpoints receive secure updates and patches regularly, whether locally connected or connected via the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, or at least last I checked, NinjaOne will only integrate with Microsoft Entra for SSO. It would be a nice feature for it to sync with Microsoft Entra to link computers with agents installed with computers in Active Directory; that way, when computers are no longer in Active Directory, NinjaOne can offload them from its system automatically versus having to manually do clean. The same goes for importing user accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to provide patch management to endpoints so long as they have internet access vs the previous solution, which was on-premise only.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the GUI Both the new remote is also nice but needs the ability to switch to touch. Easy to implement, and great all in one management design. Customer support is on the ball and checks in occasionally just to see how we are doing. we use NinaOne daily and this integrates well with everything we had already implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new remote feature needs touch other than that it is awesome.

NinjaRMM has made our lives easier by allowing us to configure and implement update policies Assist users remotely and do maintenance when it works best for specific areas of the business.
Great product! Allows our department to manage our endpoints efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
Able to deploy scripts to machines. Able to keep all documentation in a place for easy retrieval. Automating repoets to be sent to email and awaiting on staff the next morning.

I can't think if anything right off hand. The product works great for us!

Patching on schedule. Lot less of failed patches. Able to resolve those failed patches instantly and keep us up to date.
NinjaOne makes IT Easy

Fast, reliable remote monitorting and management client.

Personally, I have nothing bad to say about this product or anything I dislike. At the end of the day it's not NinjaOne that has the problem with updates, the finger always points to Microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has utilized Ninja for several years, and the most fitting description for our experience with this client is simply "phenomenal." As a senior IT administrator overseeing various facets of our company's infrastructure, I've found that prior to integrating this Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) client, the process of setting up endpoints was laborious and time-consuming. Tasks such as ensuring security compliance, installing requisite programs, updating drivers and firmware, and validating .NET versions were all significant time investments before a machine could be deployed to a user.
However, since adopting Ninja, the efficiency of endpoint deployment has dramatically improved. With the Ninja client, I can now prepare a new endpoint for deployment in approximately 30 minutes straight out of the box. The pre-configured scripts and policies streamline the setup process, facilitating swift deployment. Moreover, the capability to conduct updates and maintenance tasks silently in the background, including software updates via winget, is truly remarkable.
The remote access feature provided by Ninja is invaluable, particularly during high-pressure scenarios, as it allows for immediate user assistance. Additionally, the real-time monitoring of all endpoints, coupled with performance and error tracking, provides comprehensive visibility into our IT environment.
In essence, NinjaOne is a comprehensive RMM solution that effectively addresses our IT requirements. While I could continue to enumerate its capabilities, experiencing the efficacy of this application firsthand is truly transformative. We extend our gratitude to the Ninja team for their unwavering support and for developing such a stellar product that caters to our needs around the clock.

Great UI & Tools
What do you like best about the product?
the remote agent that allows you to remote into devices. As well as the search bar, allows you to search user account and pulls up that users' device.

does not patch 3rd party applications as well as I'd like.
