Just keeps getting better

  • July 10, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
So reliable. They keep adding features and meking it better and better. Been using them for almost 5 years and it has allowed my team to easily support and update all the systems in our growing company no matter where they are located.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting was our biggest issue, However they have been making improvments to this over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching and remote managment are biggest benefits for us. Monitoring / alerting is also a great feature for us. The fact that it works so well allows our small team to support users in all of our locations easily.

How Did We Ever Get Along Without NinjaOne?

  • July 09, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to implement and use. Your sales manager will coordinate a training session, but even without it, I think I could've been up and running in less than a day. Integration with SentinelOne is very handy, and gives me a single pane of glass to find information about my endpoint and server health. OS and application updates usually go off without a hitch. Ninja's inbuilt remote access, called Ninja Remote, also has a decent amount of features with little to no lag. But you can use TeamViewer or Splashtop if you're more comfortable with those. Customer support is very prompt and usually has a viable answer for your problems. Overall, NinjaOne has become a lifeline for us -- we log into it every day to check system health, ensure updates have pushed, deploy apps, and give remote support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I can think of are that application updating is limited to a small set of applications, many of which aren't typical business apps. (The ability to auto-update Slack would be amazing, but you don't have it!) Also, Ninja Remote does not automatically update, so when it has an update, your workflow is interrupted a bit until you install the new client. I also liked it better when you could do an app install or a script as a one-off instead of going into the Library and creating and saving an automation, but that's just personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access of endpoints in a remote workforce
Keeping apps and OS up to date and secure
Uptime monitoring of servers
Overall device alerts and healthiness

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly, it's easy find what your looking for and if you want to get deep in the weeds the Ninja Dojo resources are fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have a single complaint, but if I had to pick on enything I would say I'm not a big fan of Teamviewer for remote access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and polocies are a life savor.

Ninja - The IT guys best friend

  • July 05, 2024

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is nice and simple to use, easy to install and set up and get going, the support team are helpful and easy to contact. The integrations into our ITSM product has been nice and simple. The fact everything is included in the main price rather than add-ons is also helpful, its excellent value for money. With regular updates and a clear road map it's also helpful to see what features are coming and easy to request ones they may not have thought off!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part which bugs me is in patching, if you put all devices into the same policy, if they have updates they will all reboot at the same time rather than checking others are rebooting - we have had to script a workaround for this which was simple to do but a bit more leg work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
manpower and completion of large-scale tasks across multiple sites, It makes supporting our infrastructure simpler by putting it all in one nice easy-to-use GUI. The ability to create groups and end-user technicians means I can audit and track who is accessing what
