This is everything an RRM should be...including the expert support

What do you like best about the product?
The Product is great, but the team that support it and support your business is the best part of Ninja. Setup was a breeze, and my staff loves it. The features meet needs we didn't even know we had. It integrates beautifully with our PSA, LionGuard, and everything else. My staff is in Ninja all day long--as they are supposed to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the market place included pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an MSP so Ninja meets our need for an RMM.

NinjaOne is my personal favorite for managing our I.T. Stack and endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
- The portal is very easy to navigate.
- There are a host of builtin scripts and you can create as many as you need.
- Task automation is the best I have seen.
- Implementation is very easy.
- Support is very helpful.
- Able to integrate with IT Glue.
What do you dislike about the product?
- I would like to keep documentation for all IT assets in NinjaOne instead of integrating with another provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it possible to manage our fleet of endpoints which is largely mobile. The next step is to move our MDM once they are more mature in the space (it looks very promissiong).

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple navigation and easy to manage system. It's great to be able to try out additional features without someone hounding you to buy. Great community resources and the support team is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have any complaints. There are a few features I think would be great, but I still need to submit those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an RMM suitable for a small support team. Ninja does this well.

What do you like best about the product?
Works faster, more complete, nice integration with Dell. Its more agressive deploying patches than our previous product (Manage Engine)
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on getting reports in CSV format instead of on web page or PDF
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access is easier for the break/fix techs, performance details are better for service desk techs.

The RMM we have been looking for...

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is incredibly intuitive. Simplistic use while still having significant flexibility and power. Fast and Responsive. Scripts execute in real-time and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nested logic is still under active development and not fully matured, but it will satisify 99% of needs. Would like to scratch that extra 1% itch sometimes with very complicated queries/needs. That said, product managers have showed consistent improvements in this area and are extremely open and receptive to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software alignment, health monitoring, standards alignment (via scripting)

What do you like best about the product?
Updated Review: We have been users for almost 6 months now. The product is far exceeding our expectactions and saving our small IT team measurable amounts of time and effort. We're using the RMM, Remote, Ticketing and MDM. With a single pane access to all facets of our operation, we're able to identify, ticket, resolve and mitigate issues much quicker. The product seamlessly ties RMM, Tickets and MDM together for us. If you're considering Ninja for just RMM, you will be impressed. If you're considering for RMM, MDM and Tickets, you will be blown away at how easy life can be.

Original:Ease of onboarding. Ease of managing, sorting and working with devices. We are heavy tickets users along with MDM, and love having all three platforms in one interface. Implementation was easy to perform, we had 170 systems migrated in two evenings. Support has been phenomenal. We use this platform daily for everything we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updated review: The RMM and Tickets continue to work amazing. The MDM product is in it's infancy and while it does have some issues and frequent problems, I believe NinjaOne programmers are constantly working on resolving them based on customer feedback.
Anything the product does not do is placed on a roadmap for voting and integration.
The only issue we've had so far is support being behind. As most companies, the first tier of support is not as knowledgeable or vested in a resolution, but pressing for the next level, and things get solved quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have global visibility on all workstations, servers and mobile devices, and the ticketing system to help support them.

New to Ninja and so far so good.

What do you like best about the product?
My team recently switched to Ninja One, and we are extremely happy and we are glad we made the switch. Ninja One has helped get us up and running on our new RMM in a few hours. I made some suggestions during the trial period, and they were very responsive in assisting with my requests. I also appreciate the new features they are constantly adding, which is making my team's job a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have only been on Ninja for a few months but for now, I have not come across anything that I dislike. So far every request I have made has been addressed or it's in coming in a future release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One is solving our Remote sessions, Patching, software installs, updates, and MDM. The benefits are we were using different companies to handle our MDM, patching, and AV. We are now under one umbrella and just need to sign into one system instead of 3 different systems.
