Best RMM in the industry
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has a ton of wonderful features. They provide sub applications that are extremely useful. The documentation app, has helped us build a better respository for our processes. Their remote service is fantastic but they also provide several other ways of remoting into devices. Their patch management is easy to utilize. SSO and SCIM features make it easy to provision users. Policies have great granularity to be able to target specific systems within different departments and different organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
could use a little more third party support for applications, and their MDM capabilities(which isn't even really their specialty) isnt exactly bleeding edge with other MDMs. Sometimes the AD adhoc capabilities are hit or miss
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A myriad really, they allow us to connect to our devices in a secure way, sometimes it works to let us connect to systems that otherwise may not be able to be connected to, for example devices off of our AD etc. It helps automate patch management at several levels and automatic deployment as well as device management

With the addition of the warranty report it is helping us to not have to manually check which laptops are approaching end of warranty. I also use it to check if a device is low on RAM at the moment whilst we are working on upgrading machines that are below 16GB. I use the automaton function to remotely uninstall/reinstall various software. I use it to remotely connect over to a computer when troubleshooting and resolving issues.
