What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy
Admin console / dashboard is easy to navigate and use on a daily basis
Technical Support is good
Remote Support tools are good
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of detail in alerts
Generating reports can frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 250+ endpoints spread over five office in four countries, and it is a challenage to have all those devices running optimally and available for users to be productive. Ninja RMM gives us instant access to detailed information on those endpoints, which helps us to keep tabs on device health, security and immediate remote access to the desktop when needed

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of options afforded by custom scripts, uploading installers and msis, and the wealth of information pulled through by the agent. It integrates well with out remote assistance services too. We use it for all of our endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menus are slightly obtuse for some admin functions and take a little while to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is aiding with the patch management of all of our endpoints, as well as initial setup and deployment of new endpoints.

Ninja One has truly revolutionized my tech experience

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja Remote is included with the RMM and has a very clean user experience. It seems to be very stable in my experience. I like being able to have my remote software easily accessible from inventory and patching management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything unhelpful while using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One is solving our Asset Management and remote support issues

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, features, ease of implementation, functionality, Customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. I use Ninja daily and can't say anything but good things about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving all of the purposes i have listed above and probably more I am forgetting.

Perfect All-In-One Solution

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have RMM, Backup, Ticketing, and Knowledge Base solutions all rolled into one. This has saved us from having to use multiple different products, which slows our productivity down. The setup was super simple and the assistance we got on our kickoff call was more than enough to get us going in the right direction. We use NinjaOne for 10 hours everyday and couldn't be happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I have found that I think would be better is the Mobile Device Management. As of right now, it is not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has solved the issue of having to use 5 seperate systems to manage our IT infrastructure. This saves us time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
Using NinjaOne RMM has been a game-changer for our IT management. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of tools that allows us to monitor, manage, and support our entire network remotely with ease. The intuitive interface, combined with powerful automation features, has significantly improved our efficiency and reduced downtime. The detailed reporting give us the insights we need to proactively address issues before they impact our users. Overall, NinjaOne is an invaluable asset to our IT operations."
What do you dislike about the product?
Diffcult one, if there's anything in parlicular, The platform lacks some customization options. Then again, i could be the one not understanding the functionality completely.

Ninjaone Patch RMM & Endpoint

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. It allows me to manage all the company's computers with no hiccups. I can connect every time and I manage patch updates daily. The employees don't feel any downtime when I do as well and we have fewer problems because of it. Ninjaone is an IT must.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the downside would be that sometimes the Bitdefender won't do a full scan, or it doesn't register that it's doing a full scan. I know that it's a package deal and not a Ninjaones issue, but there is that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me more time throughout the day to do other tasks. It's allowing me to update and manage all my devices with ease. It is one of the best endpoint and patch management systems that I have seen on the market.

Reliable service on a reasonable price

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement with a great monitoring and notification options. Integration with AV apps (WebRoot) makes the deployment even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better integration with BitDefender Endpoint Security app (also purchased via NinjaOne channel)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product provides clear picture of the hardware status and potencial issues on a single dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
We've found it consistently better than it's competitors. Remoting into machines is consistently good, and has made our automation and device management significantly easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite complicated to use in places, but I suppose that'd normal for such a capable system

Helping us manage a large number of End user devices with ease

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has increased productivity and made our life easier to maintain uniformity on employee devices. The ability to remote into a device and take over makes things so much simpler for us and the employee! We use this on a daily basis, and love how simple and intuitive it is! Our rep is always reaching out and offering suport. Shout out to Kara!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some alerts don't clear right away after a patch is applied and the device is rebooted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to guide users through a fix, now we can remote in and take over. That saves us time and money on having an employee down because of an issue. We can also control and monitor what users install on their devices to make sure security is being maintained!
