What do you like best about the product?
Best RMM tool I have used. Used it in its infancy years ago for a small MSP and have now used it at multiple organisations. the dojo is amazing and implementing was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the api's need some work, for instance our crowdstrike integration will keep a closed threat on the dashboard for longer than we would like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have customers all over the world and prior to this the business had no visiblity so this has made patch management and remote support infintely easier

Inability to remote to asset besides the users desktop

Realtime requirements of patch approval/awareness. Remote capablities to configure with little annoyance in doing so.

1GB limit on applications we can upload and unable to remote to cell phones.

Ninja - Powerful and simple

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is used daily in our orgaqnisation manage our assets from the top down. Giving us the remote access needed to endpoints whether we need it. It's easy to install the agent remotely and should there be any issues the customer support is on hand to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, it just keeps getting better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us delay Patching to combat any Day Zero vulnerabilities. We are able to keep software up to date with the software patching.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a user-friendly and reliable RMM solution that simplifies IT management. Its intuitive interface makes monitoring and managing devices easy, while automation features save time on routine tasks. The platform’s seamless integration with security and backup tools ensures our systems stay secure and up-to-date, enhancing overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that bugs me about NinjaOne is how it’s so good at automating tasks—I’m starting to wonder if it’s plotting to replace me. Also, the mobile app could use a bit more love; it’s like the younger sibling that’s still learning to walk while the desktop version is running marathons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the headache of managing multiple devices across our network by providing real-time monitoring and automated patch management. It keeps our systems up-to-date and secure without constant manual intervention, which means fewer fires to put out and more time to focus on strategic IT projects. The automation reduces errors and speeds up routine tasks, making our IT operations smoother and more efficient.

Best RMM for Internal Technology Teams and MSPs alike

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is fantastically stable software which is well featured and reasonably priced. Easy to onboard and implement, with a great series of integrations to other industry tooling. I have used and overseen half a dozen different vendor systems and our last few years with Ninja has easily been the best. Great company, great software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my team grumble about their security decisions, and how those decisions can result in a lot of extra prompting - but from an executives perspective I appreciate they take security seriously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ninja to manage our endpoints, ensure they are compliant with patching, centrally manage and deploy scripts, and general manage our endpoint configurations,

i would say, best product for Endpoint management and best features & support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't had any negative experiences, and the product is excellent to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's one of the greatest tools for endpoints and secure for remote patching of end devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment, had 80 endpoints rolled out in less than 2 hours
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the script templates need to be reworked for more than 12 character passwords in AD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of pushing out updates / patches, onboarding new pcs is very easy
quick software deployments as well

What do you like best about the product?
Zippy web interface and how quickly agents respond to commands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my intital support request tickets were a bit slow and took longer than I wished. Still faster than other RMM solutions i've used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have our own in house RMM production in addition to the one our MSP uses to support us.
