What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard/Panels being able to manages multple client/orgs from one tool that works seemelss acrossd traditional desktop os's and new mobile oses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketing, I wish the ticketing solutiuonsd was more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninjas bring all the managed clients i have together under one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, single pane of glass to make customer support more fluid.

Good support team and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot has improved in recent years. Hard to pick at it now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no monitoring and inconsistent remote access to our estate, and now we have full visibility, control and ability to update and manage as we need to.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it has been to implement and use! It's also very powerful. It does everything we need it to and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything we dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating all these tools to one platform is a massive advantage. We were previously logging into a variety of disparate systems, and now, we get to manage mostly everything from one portal! Patch management has been huge for us as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has streamlined the management of multiple products into a single platform. This integration allows us to efficiently manage our devices, monitor our EDR platform, and service Helpdesk tickets from our end users. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and utilize all features effectively. Additionally, their customer service has been fantastic, providing prompt and helpful support whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been utilizing the product for a number of years and have not encountered any issues or dislikes to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to providing structured support for engineers to effectively resolve end-user tickets, Ninja enables us to monitor essential business services. If any issues arise, Ninja promptly alerts us, and we can even implement automation to resolve them without human intervention

You can manage various kinds of devices such as Windows, Linux, Mac, and SNMP devices, VMWare endpoints, and cloud infrastructure.

NinjaOne: the RMM I needed.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is the interface. The interface efficiently gets me to what I need to do, whether it's running scripts on an endpoint or pulling reports for a client, it's just efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is third-party patching could include more products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Remote support. When I need to remote into a client computer, Ninja Remote just works. 2) Endpoint management. NinjaOne provides ability to run custom scripts against an endpoint, canned actions, and allows console access via CMD or Powershell (system and logged-in user). My job is easier when Ninja is installed on the endpoint. 3) Reports. Regulated clients need asset inventory reports, software inventory reports, etc. and Ninja reports like a boss. 4) Alerting. I need to know if an endpoint's CPU is spiking or when a piece of software is installed, just to name a couple of things - Ninja excels here.

Sometimes the applications do not push out downloads to remote computers and we have to manually download/install them.

Remote monitoring and management have been a gamechanger for us. Its helped us develop formal processes with out patching which is is straightforward, and the automation tools save us a ton of time.

You can write custom scripts and commands and push them out to your fleet of computers
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote desktop connector is a coinflip on whether it works or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing us a way to centerally manage our Windows computers.
