Ninja has been a game changer for our IT department
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple packages rolled into 1 management portal. We used to have several different applications to do the same level of support but NinjaOne changed all that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about it. It completely changed how we support our customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have several different applications to do everything that NinjaOne does so once we migrated to NinjaOne, we were able to cancel all of these applications and save some money overall.
Saving me time 1 automation at a time
What do you like best about the product?
Deployment options make rolling out NinjaOne a 1 day project. What happens in the test environment has had 100% success in the production environment. No troubleshooting 1 off machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow does take a bit to get used to. I feel like some of the menus are burried in the administration tab. The UI is mostly there but could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to monitor multiple locations and verify software compliance. It saves me a lot of time not having to manually check machines across the network.
Great Service, Great People!
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been a managed service provider for over a decade. When it came time to make a change, we were nervous and thought it would be a huge undertaking. Our biggest concern was not wanting our clients to have a lapse in coverage. Once we spoke with the experts at NinjaOne, we were given time to familiarize ourselves with the program and saw just how user friendly it was. When we decided to move forward, their team of professionals stayed by our side the entire time, ensuring a smooth transition with zero downtime. Our clients continued to receive service with no lapse in coverage. Since NinjaOne came on board, the service has been exceptional. If we ever have a question, the NinjaOne team is right on it, and they speak in terms easy to understand! Their product is state-of-the-art with real time patch updates. The customizable reporting is easy for our clients to read. The alert notification system is unique to the client’s needs as well. NinjaOne is introducing an MSP type cell phone and tablet service, a capability that not all others have to offer. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable and competitive, and while other companies charge hundreds of dollars for onboarding, NinjaOne does not! We are pleased with making the change over to NinjaOne, and highly recommend them for MSP needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick one thing, maybe that we didn't discover them sooner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has saved my technicians time in resolving issues my clients may have. This gives our clilents confidence they have chosen the right MSP for their needs.
Best RMM out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using NinjaOne for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the platform. The ease of use is unparalleled, making it simple to manage all of my IT services from one central interface. With features like patching, backups, and SentinelOne integrated seamlessly, NinjaOne truly lives up to its promise of providing a comprehensive IT management solution under one pane of glass.
A special shoutout to my account manager, Joey, who has been exceptional in helping me get started. His support has made the onboarding process smooth and efficient. Overall, NinjaOne has significantly streamlined my IT operations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a robust, user-friendly IT management platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Higher minimum RMM endpoint requirement, which makes it harder for smaller MSPs to switchover due to cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne RMM is solving the problem of consolodating all of my IT services into one pane of glass. This makes my day more efficient without having to switch between multiple systems to complete simple tasks.
Everything I need in an RMM
What do you like best about the product?
It pretty much covers all my bases. remote software for accessing client endpoints, while also letting me know when issues arise so that I can do something about it before it becomes an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there really isn't anything I dislike. Maybe some of the integration you all are working on isn't out yet, but otherwise, there are no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier for me to keep a watch on client endpoints, and it lets me manage what's on the devices.
Ninja Patch management just works
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that our team can get patching done for all devices in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the only downside is how long it takes to create 3rd party patching for devices. Ninja documentation is difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves our patch management issues. It's very beneficial because we are able to patch vulnerable software quickly.
All servers and workstations in one dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Sytem status, patch management, and software deployments are easy to manage with Nnja. Notifications of drive status and failed patches via email makes it easy to keep up with everything in a timely manner. I would not be able to do my job with a small team without Ninja. I use Ninja daily to see if there are any issues before starting my day. Simple client install adds devices to my org and policies that install all critical software once added makes Ninja a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
the install application native script has become more difficult to run. other than that as long as your powershell and cmd skills are decent you can just about do anything remotely. Need to add the fun script from policy to the mobile apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
patch management, drive space monitoring, and software deployment. I use Ninja to deploy software to all workstations at once when new software or updates are required. This saves time as this can be done while users are working and utilizing the workstations.
The tool is easy to use and easy to set up.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the best thing about it. We use it to allow our call center supervisors to reach their remote employees and it was super easy to teach non tech folks how to use it. It was also easy to set up and deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the splash top connection showed all connected monitors. I also wish there was better more indepth viewing of error logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us the abilility to reach remove employees machines and keep them patched. Prior to this tool we had a hard time reaching our CSRs as we all work remote. We are also able to patch machines and run a group of early patch for testing. It helps for training in the contact center as well.
Great product and great support!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy transition and adoption, and the features keep getting better. We rely on NinjaOne for most alerting now! It just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more integration with Active Directory and network discovery and some type of complete automated inventory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support and patching.
