What do you like best about the product?
The ease of installing / unistall of software with just a few clicks.
Good that i can create multiple orgs so i can seperate pro from laptops/desktops
Ninjaremote is a nice bit of remote control kit, very easy to use
Very easy to integrate new devices
Also customer support is very quick and friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is no user tray to install software themselves

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitiveness of most items. It deosn't take much more than a quick search to figure most things out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overwhelming feeling of setting up all the policies and rules from scratch. It's nice to have this much control, but difficult for a single person MSP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with and managing a large number of PCs.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is user-friendly and straightforward, and I appreciate the variety of automation and scripting possibilities it offers, along with its comprehensive monitoring capabilities, intuitive interface, and seamless integration with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the patch management is still a disaster, with too many errors and the lack of a way to acknowledge warnings and errors often leading to a "cluttered" dashboard. Additionally, customer support generally lacks knowledge, and my past experiences with their support have been catastrophic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps me tackle several key issues as an MSP. Its dashboard provides a clear and organized view of all systems, making it easier to monitor and manage our clients' IT environments. The automation and scripting capabilities streamline routine tasks, saving time and reducing manual errors. The intuitive interface simplifies managing updates, deployments, and monitoring, which enhances overall efficiency. However, challenges like patch management errors and limited customer support can occasionally complicate things, but overall, NinjaOne significantly boosts our ability to manage and support clients effectively.

Great Package for IT Managment Systems

What do you like best about the product?
End user managment for mulitple orginazations we run.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UI elements take a while to learn to naviagte but once learned it is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support for our clients and end user managment for when employees leave. Making sure there systems are fully functioning remotly. Ticketing system has been a big help as well for when they have problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that eveything is done through one portal. I dont have to log into mutlpile site to get to all the things needed ot support our users. NinjaOne support has also been great.

They are very attentive to all tickets opened and questions asked. I also really like there willingness to listen to the customer and upgrade processes and funtcions with recomendations there customers have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I'm not really sure there is anything that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bigest thing that they solved for us was integrating everything into one portal. Our last vendor used a different portal with a different login for all of there products. This caused authenication fatigue. I also think the patch management is veay user friendly making the patches you want and don't want easy to filter.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to streamline all your devices and being able to remotely access the machines easily and sufficiantly. The setup and implementation process was quick and painless. We were easily able to integrate all the features we needed. Our business uses NinjaOne everyday to monitor the devices we manage. The customer support and account managers really work with you to educate you on what products and services are out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The patching still needs work. Get false positives on the patching and sometimes it is hard to push patches through using the RMM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to streamline all our devices accross the globe to be able to manage and support them.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a useful and very effective tool for my SME. From startup to growth cycles, this has always had a place in the ecosystem.
All in one place for an easy view of user and server devices. simple data is on hand such as uptime, logged on user etc which would take time to find in native MS systems.
external apps integrated such as Teamviewer, bitdefender, sentinel one, etc.
Alerting when something goes wrong
Automated event driven tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
historical data could be improved such as performance counters etc

What do you like best about the product?
I love how every device is catogorized by its health status, making it easy to apply fixes to systems that need assisstance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Teamviewer remote view isnt as robust as something likes remote desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly remote on, send a console command or apply an update or policy all from one web based platform with extreme ease.
