It has all the features I was looking for in an RMM tool, namely, management, DNS filtering and MDM
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard organisation, documentation, ease to use and Slack integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing some of the apps were tricky but raising a ticket plus the documentation cleared it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has all the features I was looking for in an RMM tool, namely, management, DNS filtering and MDM.
The! Perfect solution for small and large companies or MSPs that need to manage many endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive operation and the extreme time savings in all areas that Ninja offers
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that is not yet developed is either under development or under consideration, ninja is very community orientated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our customers we go the extra mile to provide compliant devices that are always up to date with the latest patches without our customers' work being shut down by faulty updates. This allows us to do ninja on a large scale, imagine having to patch thousands of devices by hand. Ninja does it in a few hours.
A very good RMM
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne gets you where you need to be as quickly as possible. You can directly see what the issue is on your endpoints and resolve it with the right priority. The implementation is very easy and works flawlessly. I use it every day at work and can’t imagine working without it. All the features are self-explanatory, and even if you don’t get it to work, there is always direct support available.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, some options still need more granularity.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent functionality within easy reach. Patch management has been consistently good. Flexible modification and scripting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the UI coudl be customized a bit, and having a true maintenance mode would be very appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja provides a quality RMM solution including end user remote access to their devices. It has a robust scripting engine and has the ability to keep patches up to date. Tasks can be automated and scheduled allowing us to focus on the more complex tasks and allowing Ninja to handle the basics and easily repeatable tasks.
Nija helps you remove manual problems.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to update and connect to staff anywhere that they have an Internet connections. You will love the continuous trainings that you are able to attend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom deployments are not as good as some of the competitors like PDQ Deploy. However, remote access is more important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to staff computers on site or off site for: Automating updates and support. Tracking IT issues with the ticketing system to help visualize the work that IT is doing for the organization.
Stable platform with ever expanding reach
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne provides a stable basic platform for managing large numbers of devices while continuously adding new features and functionality. I am able to use as little or as much as I need for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the BitDefender integrations could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows me to monitor all of my endpoints in one place and provides alerts and solutions all in one place.
I can be alerted to a problem and either fix it automatically or run a saved script to fix it without needing to involve my client until it is already fixed.

An All-in-One Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of NinjaOne is simple to understand and it's very easy to get acclimated to using the software. The UI is responsive and there are not any moments of strain when attempting to perform an action. There are many features that NinjaOne provides, which makes it easy to load up and stay in NinjaOne while supporting users for a variety of cases. It's also very easy to install NinjaOne onto a device. There are many integrations of different software that can be added/included within NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features or options of NinjaOne that can appear hidden or until you've explored enough to learn about it. Sometimes navigating backwards in NinjaOne can be difficult, as the order of devices can be randomized whenever a page is reloaded. Sometimes the software integrations can be unreliable, and NinjaOne does not give much information about the error occuring besides, 'Please try again'. Which somestimes after trying again, the integrated software does work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is a great tool for supporting remote users/users in differing locations. Without NinjaOne, the support we offer would not be nearly as efficient, or we'd have to find an alternative tool, but that would usually ONLY be a remote support tool compared to NinjaOne's many feautres. It is also a great tool for managing patches throughout our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature set is what we need. The dashboard provides solid info. Multiple methods to manage allows us flexibility and ensures availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
ipad ninja remote has disconnects in background likely more of an issue with the ipadOS than ninja, but it's a thing.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part about using NinjaOne is that everything is very streamlined, and it has a nice modern design. Using the online portal is very straightforward, and it makes it easy to navigate all the options available. NinjaOne is quick and easy to integrate on user computers/servers, and the remote access makes it easy to help managing our customers. The amount of community resources available helps a lot when we need to look at custom features to implement. The support team is very helpful and gets back to us in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency of updates and new releases can feel a little slow sometimes, with key features that are scheduled for later releases or in beta taking a fair amount of time to be released. The features are great when they release, but we often find ourselves waiting some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us keep track and monitor all of the customers we manage devices for. We can easily check the status of devices, know what hardware/software they are running on, and if there are any pressing concerns. The automation of patching/updating and customs scripts that we can run saves us a lot of time. The NinjaRemote background mode helps us to assist on computers that are busy to troubleshoot issues without interrupting end users.
