Very easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
i use ninja every day to support my colleagues. mostly i use ninja remote and some of the tools as i am first level support agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think you it would be very helpful if ι could add and folder (file browser)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy access to our colleagues' laptops

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a extremely helpful tool in almost every use case and has helped me out a lot. It's really great! Rollout process is also very easy and fast. NinjaOne excels at simplifying IT management with its user-friendly interface and comprehensive automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides, but if I had to name one, I'd say its, that sometimes the Ninja-Service running on the clients gets very buggy and stuck. But this happens very rarely, mabe only in like 1 out of 30 clients. Also NinjaOne could improve by offering more advanced customization options and deeper analytics features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a great overview over our networks and we notice issues right away, so we're able to react asap. It makes it a lot easier to handle client-pc because customers don't really have to do anything

What do you like best about the product?
One dashboard to manage multiple customers and their endpoints.
Easy to troubleshoot with logs of clients and possibility for remote access

by far the best feature is the remote powershell and command line tools.
Generating and installing the client is straight forward and can be automatically rolled out via intune.

Standalone Ninja Remote App works like a charme on mobile phones

Helps you in your daily work on troubleshooting end customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dark mode ;)
the one thing I don't like is when you add a device which was already in ninja once it creates a new entry instead of using the old one

remote accessing clients and executing remote powershell commands. all accessible with one dashboard

Ninja RMM is great

What do you like best about the product?
Our company utilizes this on a daily basis and are very happy with the functionality and the price. We previously used a different product, but it was much more expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been pretty happy, so I don't really have any negative things to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many issues for us, it does our endpoint management, remote support, rmm, and it assset management.

What do you like best about the product?
It handles the tedious day to day stuff, with alerts. Implementation was super simple, and users had no problem with the integration. I use this product multiple if not dozens of time throughout the day. Used customer support 1 time, and it was super helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly a great product, only thing maybe is more options in device health. Like missing zero day patchs etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management, remote support, troubleshooting. I also use it for Stats and PC information.

What do you like best about the product?
It's like a one stop shop. Searching devices but just typing user's name. Monitoring tickets is easy. Devices that need to update, reboot are easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far but hope to have an option for knowledge base for users on tickets.

NOthing, everything is available in Dojo (support platform)

What do you like best about the product?
The whole bunch of features (and even way more) you are looking for, when you want to implement an RMM Solutions.
Easy Patchmanagenent, Alerting, Remote Access to devices, managing and inventoring software and devices.
NinjaRMM from NinjaOne is a extrem easy daily used system for me and our company.
Ticketing and Documenations with API conencted directly to our CRM and billing systems.
Whenever needed, Account/Partner Managers and (technical) Support Team members are there in multiple languages.
The NinjaOne partner- & ecosystem is one of a kind.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I dont have anything negative about NinjaOne to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja solves the complete bunch of what you expect from am RMM System!
Patching, Management, and even RemoteAccess with an selfmade solution.
