Great RMM solution, compatible with MDM-based zero-touch deployment strategies across Windows and macOS.

Ticketing solution is not as full featured as we'd like. Would love to be able to drop Zendesk, and our needs are not super advanced, but its not quite there yet for us.

Great visibility into client endpoints, with solid remote access when needed.

I guess the most powerful thing about the NinjaOne tool is the possibility of scripting a remote computer, it is very handful.

The Dashboard is something I wouldn´t say I like it. It is missing something that I can´t describe, it is not attractive.

It's the most intuitive product we've ever seen!

We don't know if or when clients fill out ticket requests. The notifications on tickets don't seem to be working and there isn't some huge notice when we log into NinaOne that there are tickets waiting either.
Second, online tutorials on how to configure things would help. There doesn't seem to be an obvious self-help system.

As a VERY small business. Competitor products are WAY too expensive for us. Ninja is helping us be able to afford these tools that we have been priced out of elsewhere.
Easy to setup and Manage your computers systems.

The ability to update Windows, Drivers, Software and Firmware all in one location.

Nothing at the moment to be honest. This system was everything we were looking for as a Busniess.

I appreciate that NinjaOne is an all-in-one RMM solution, offering seamless integration for remote support, troubleshooting, and onboarding. Its ability to handle batch installs, manage running scripts, and enforce policies across the board makes IT management significantly more efficient. The platform’s versatility and ease of use streamline my daily tasks and improve overall productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne performs exceptionally well across the board, the mobile app could benefit from additional functionality to match the desktop experience fully. Also, integration with other ticketing systems could be expanded to offer more flexibility for users with diverse IT ecosystems.

NinjaOne is solving several critical IT management challenges, including streamlined remote monitoring and management (RMM) of devices, efficient onboarding of new systems, and automated patch management. This has significantly reduced the time and effort required to manage our IT infrastructure, resulting in increased productivity and better resource allocation. The ability to troubleshoot remotely has minimized downtime and improved our response times to IT issues, which is essential for maintaining seamless operations.

The programme has everything IT companies and customers could wish for: Endpoint management, patch management, remote access and support, software deployment, monitoring and alerting, backup and recovery.
And best of all, it even offers its own MDM.

So far I haven't found any negative aspects... But I'll keep looking ;-)

We benefit from the fact that our customers have to worry less about IT and employees lose less time dealing with problems at work.
As an IT company, we can also support our customers faster and with less effort. This leaves more time for other things.
