Endpoint admin all under one roof

  • August 27, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage all our endpoints in one place - dificult before Ninja as we have so many users offsite now.
Great for remotely installing/ updating software, running scripts or making config changes.
We have good visibility of all our endpoints, all of the time now - which was becoming increasingly difficult in the days before Ninja as people's working habits changed.
UI is pretty intuitive and user-friendly - please don't change it :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much information on errors or patch failures which makes it difficult to troubleshoot problems - especially when this involves a large number of endpoints. It would be good if when these failures happen, it could retrieve error logs, i.e. this update failed to install (KB Number), error number 0x800etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem is keeping OS and software patched and up to date when users are not on the corporate network for most of the time. But also, we are increasingly using it for remote support and software and config rollouts, which are things we didn't really anticipate when we originally signed up.
