Must have tool for managing multi-site networks
What do you like best about the product?
Platform is extremely easy to get setup and integrated. Easy to setup automation of regular maintenance of your endpoints and great notification options for alerting of potential issues . Great to have multiple tools (ticketing, AV, backup, remote access) under one platform. Important auditing features. I am able to create basic snapshot reports for management and also generate reports on the fly for locating specific technical details (devices, software, hardware, etc.).This is the one tool I usually start every morning reviewing to start my day. Plus, I have a awesome account manager (Maggie) who is wonderful to work with and quickly repsonds to any of my requests or questions. They also offer regular weekly/monthly webinars you can attend and get more ideas of how to use. I've used several different RMM platforms over the years and this is the easiest and best by far!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would NOT say it's a downside, but the more you know and understand scripting, the more powerful this tool can be. I am not the best at rolling my own, but the Dojo community offers free scripts for just about anything you might need.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is its user-friendly interface and the extensive automation options that make day-to-day tasks much easier. The centralized dashboard is especially helpful, as it allows easy monitoring and management of all devices across the network. Automated patching and updates save a lot of time and run reliably. The remote access feature is also a big advantage, enabling quick and direct troubleshooting without delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is less ideal about NinjaOne are some limitations in customization options and the occasionally slow loading times when managing a large number of devices.

easy to implement and intuitive to use, solid on security, excellent account management, helpful support

reporting is borderline useless, some more advanced features (e.g. scheduling actions for groups) is lacking

Ninja one allows. us. to be a team and support our clients It handles. understanding our hardware inventory, users, ticketing, backup and will alert us if we have an issue.

The performance and user-friendliness, as well as the integration possibilities and variety of functions, leave little to be desired. For us, Ninja is a daily staple and as much a part of everyday life as coffee.

NinjaOne helps us automate IT processes and manage devices efficiently, saving us time and increasing productivity. It improves transparency and control over our IT infrastructure, leading to less downtime and faster problem resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - the software is very easy to navigate and allows us to carry out silent installs avoiding downtime. I was very impressed with the mobile app tthat allows us to deliver support out of hours. The customer support team are very pro-active and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike - I love the sofware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to connect to users computers remotely and provide support to all users across the firm. I use the desktop application and the mobile app.
NinjaOne is easy to use with many features
What do you like best about the product?
The remote management works so well. You can get so much information about a machine from the Overview page: You can view critical events, run remote commands, view high resource usage and much more. NinjaOne is not just for our I.T. staff, we have a few executives that use NinjaOne to remote into their computers from home when needed. We love the product and are not even using HALF of its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I cannot think of anything I dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large campus, and NinjaOne allows us to save time by helping users remotely. Also we use NinjaOne reporting for asset management. The reports show everything about our assets including serial numbers and disk drive type. We also like being able to see the device's uptime and NinjaOne's health monitor let's us know if an update failed or if a user needs to restart.

The customer support and implementation team made the onboarding process very simple and straightforward.
Our team is using NinjaOne to monitor, manage our network gears, servers, and workstation. We have also transistion to using NinjaOne for remote access and helpdesk ticketing solution. The helpdesk module is working like a charm.

access to perform taks on laptops as they're often remote and more awkward to manage then devices in the office

What do you like best about the product?
It just works, is completely customisable and yet has all of the out-the-box integrations you could wish for. One-click installer makes implementation easy and customer and technical support is great!

The helpdesk function is still in its infancy.
