What do you like best about the product?
the completeness of the platform on tickets, RMM, and backup
What do you dislike about the product?
we have found flaws in the purely subjective management of the clients we have, and the development is still lagging behind on the details of the functionalities in their use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has solved the need to manage a thousand different portals for the normal conduct of activities

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a huge improvement compared to our last RMM vendor. Simple integration along with a great GUI. Setting up an Org and managing is a breeze. Customer support has been always on point with a solution.

*Update* Currently using their built-in remote solution, and I feel like it's a better solution over the competition. It's lightweight and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into any issues with NinjaOne that we dislike.

Game Changing All-in-one Endpoint Management

What do you like best about the product?
They are continually adding new features to their portfolio and features such as SentinelOne and DropSuite integration so it is truly becoming an all-in-one endpoint management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to access remote systems from just the web browser instead of having to download and install an agent on the computer that will be accessing the remote system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management of endpoints. Consolidation of patch management and remote support software. Before we were using two different software, one for remote support and the other for patch management.

NinjaOne is a life saver

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with NinjaOne makes all IT work easy to do. With the number of features we use, has consolidated a lot of programs into NinjaOne, i.e. Ticket system, documentation, and anti-virus. Customer Support is helpful and knowledgeable. If I have any concerns or questions, they have the answers and are quick with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say that I do not like about NinjaOne is the features of the app could be more closer to the webpage features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to all the computers and being able to push out the patches has saved us a lot of man hours. Before NinjaOne, we had to do all of this by hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Has practically every statistic and feature I could ask for in a remote management program, letting me get all the info I need without even having to remote in or ask the users potentially confusing questions about their hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sections are organized a bit oddly - easy to get used to, but not immediately intuitive, like the summary in the Hardware tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to help users at remote locations with ease, and gather information on our devices' specs.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface and emence power. The recently added Ninja Remote is an absolute game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can no longer use the same excuses to try to get out of something! Ninja make everything so efficient and easy, that now the boss wants to take advantage of all the "new time" I have... seriously though, the only thing I can think of negative to say is with the new MDM solution not supporting Shared iPads

Single pane to see and track all IT computers with a 100% remote fleet

Great customer support for a new MSP

What do you like best about the product?
Although I still have much to learn about working in the MSP space, the team at NinjaOne has been incredibly helpful. Their frequent webinars have been especially beneficial, providing me with valuable knowledge and practical tips from experienced professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is me - I've got plenty to learn and that's why I'm staying small. I've managed to keep the few customers I have very happy and I'm putting growth on the back burner while I learn this platform so I can bring more value to my current and future clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The online backups and RMM features are the two primary features I use at the moment. The automation libraries provide a wealth of efficiency in my day-to-day operations.

Comparing My Experiences With Other RMM Platforms And NinjaOne

What do you like best about the product?
With experience in other RMM platforms, NinjaOne proved to be the most integrative platforms of them all. Even the ones used in large MSP companies, fall short as to what NinjaOne can do collectively and efficiently.

Right out of the box, it was easy to get set up and the OnBoarding process was second to none. Once I began to feel comfortable with the platform, the more robust and advanced features, I was able to receive extensive amount of help with, especially thanks to my Account Manager, who always made sure that I had what I needed and if not, she would go the extra mile to get me the support that I needed.

All-in-all, I am extremely satisfied with NinjaOne and have since been able to create Automations and WorkFlows after going through their training videos that are availabe in their Dojo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have had with NinjaOne, is attempting to reach Tech Support on my own, my experience was less than satisfactory.

Again, if it wasn't for my Account Manager coordinating the reliable and specific support that I needed, this review would be a lot more non-positive than what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 3 biggest benefits of NinjaOne for me as an IT Consultant, are the abilities to Remote into any asset at any time, Patch Management and its scheduling capabilities and the ability to create and run Automation Scripts and WorkFlows that allow me to focus on other critical functions within the Infrastructures that I support.

Impowered Our MSP to Resolve Issues Quickly and Grow Quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I love NinjaOne's Customer Support. Any software our company deals with always has excellent customer service. If we are down, we want to be able to call on a trusted support team to get them resolved quickly, which Ninja has always strived with.

Their tools are by far the best in the game, making site navigation smooth and easy for our clients to manage.

Implementation is super easy as the MSI doesn't prompt the user for anything and allows for a smooth onboarding.

We have integrated with two or three different platforms that Ninja supports including our PSA tool making it a one-stop shop for all of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have yet to come across a dislike. There is one small Feature request we would like to see come to life and be apart of their platform, but we have yet to get it approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are adding more and more features so you don't have to work with difference vendors or software to get it all done for your client.
