NinjaOne RMM
What do you like best about the product?
We use Ninja with all of our customers. It makes patching super easy. We have also taken advantage of the built in automations. The autmations allow us to take a brand new computer out of the box, deploy our security stack, join to our domain and the add any programs needed with very little input.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I can't think of anything bad to say about Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and bulk software deployments have greatly reduced internal labor and allow us to make more money!
Easy to use, works great, excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several RMMs over the past 10 years and have been most impressed by NinjaOne. Their system is easy to set up, it works well, and their support is great. Everyone I've spoken to at NinjaOne has been personable and helpful. Even the engineers just want to help. Their response time is very quick, often times within an hour or two via email. With other RMMs, the agent itself would often have issues. With NinjaOne, everything just works. I don't have to go into separate areas to change things, everything is in a single pane of glass and easy to access. Love it. Pricing is also reasonable, and they were willing to work with my small MSP to help ramp-up to the full pricing. This allows me some time to gain additional clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that need some tweaking, but I do see them on the product roadmap. More of a nice-to-have than a dislike, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote tools are great for simple administration, but NinjaOne is a full-fledge RMM where I can see processes, installs apps, and push out scripts without even logging in.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it supported updating more software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management, PC maintenance, remote access, software management, warranty tracking and end point security.
Ease of Care
What do you like best about the product?
they have tools where you can download an app and use an MDM profile for Android and iOS. They have many pre written scripts for CLI and PowerShell commands. Their ticketing platform is inexpensive and customizable. It works well for my IT Team. It is easy to open support tickets when needed and my rep is always available for questions and will escalate when needed, or even set up training for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't allow PowerShell on prem, it would be nice to have some additional methods, or other inside inforation to be able to run bulk commands alternatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software Updates, device control, ticket and event tracking, Change Management, manual updates, remote access
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been with them for years and the simplicity in setup was always our biggest draw. They had a lot of policies that we could implement right away for different server types , as it can be a little bewildering at first to get your RMM practice stood up. They have several remote support options available that do not cost extra which is a huge savings for us as an MSP. We couldn't do what we need to do in our business without this RMM. Their support is decent, we have used it on occasion but typically you'd just hit their very good knowledge base. The community forum isnt super active, so its hard to get niche situations handled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think over the years its gotten so many features there are things we dont use. Things like the ticket system and knowledge base. I think they built it to compete with other RMM systems, but we already have these things and dont need them. Its just gotten very big.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to keep our clients computers up to date with patching, know if computers have any issues that we can solve, and be able to remotely connect to support any of our clients machines at any given time, this RMM solves that. We really couldnt do what we need to do without this RMM.
ApixMSP - NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the platform. We really love how seamless it is. We also love how easy it is to implement devices and integrations and the team for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. We really love the whole platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mac support. With NinjaOne we're able to support Mac's.
Comparatively the best RMM available
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface saves us dozens of hours every week. The integrated backup solution is powerful yet simple to use. Ticketing system provides everything we need to effectively track incoming cases. The list goes on and on the same way... we love NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike nothing about NinjaOne, and excited about the continued innovations you consistently bring forward at rapid speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated endpoint, asset, backup, patching, monitoring, support management all in one.
One app that meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
We find that if it doesnt meet our needs currently, they are working on a feature that we want.
Since getting Ninja, we use it everyday and from the first deployment it was very simple to use while also having alot of features to master and know the ins and outs of.
Support is easy to deal with, call or email, also they host monthly townhalls where you can ask whatever questions you want.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since the product is Newer, we often want some feature that has not been added yet.
An Azure integration would be nice, even integration with Defender for Endpoint.
Their Network Scanner is lacking making keeping an inventory in Ninja harder compared for Lansweeper

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing remote endpoints, we tried 5 other products before going with Ninja, and Ninja has had the best patch management out of them, they are currently adding support for MacOS through a beta making patching MacOS just as easy.
Easy to use and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a breeze to setup and deploy on all of our devices. The ease of use on the backend has made the workload for the department much less. Their customer support and documentation is top notch. With all the available features, we've been able to replace multiple products and save money.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find any cons to NinjaOne. The only issue I have is the inability to add non-networked devices, but it is not an asset manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is giving me insight into all of our devices. It keeps those devices patched and even runs automations to solve problems before they present to the end user.
