Very Impressive

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a real downside, but when a PC or Mac is offline, the remote icon disappears.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using a different RMM previously. When I acquired a new client that only used Macs, I had to install the previous RMM's agent on the Macs and it did not go well. I have to download and install certificates, go through lengthy install processes. Even after this, it did not work. I had to submit multiple tickets to the RMM's support. After many days of back and forth with no results, I dumped them and switched to NinjaOne.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the scripts, and the scripts library.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a dark mode, like all applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great all-in-one solution that combines many different features into one easy to use package.
I have been on Ninja One for a few years now. Compared to our previous RMM NinjaOne is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One is very User freindly and intuitive. We were setup and going in a day or two. Customer support is always available and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have the the Android RMM deployed to around 30 devices. It is a bit of a work in progress but seems to be making rapid improvements. If they add some sort of file store so I can easily push files to devices, and get Ninja remote working for android as well as it does on PC I would love to deploy it to all of our customers android devices vs SOTI or 42 gears RMM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne make it easy for one person to keep track of and manage a couple hundred windows PCs. Without it I would get much less accomplished daily and spend more time putting out fires.

There’s nothing I dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved a lot of issues that my previews solution did not like PowerShell command, also is a lot faster to execute

What do you like best about the product?
The support team helping us review the product through PoC and eventual purchase was fantastic. Post implementation support has also been excellent. The product has met all expectations based on the features that were shown in demo, and we are very pleased with the addiiontal functinality that we gained by moving to this solution.

Some functionality has to be custom scripted, but there are great examples available in the user group to help.

Highly Recommend for IT Professionals needing RMM
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja RMM has a very clean and easy to use interface that was priced very affordably.
What do you dislike about the product?
They may not have as many features as some other RMM's out there, but they do continute to add more features more frequently than i've seen with other RMM's.

Powerful, convienient, and always being improved upon.
What do you like best about the product?
It does everything I need it to do with constant updates based on user feedback. It is very easy to use compared to competitors and very intuitive the way its layed out. With its Discord channel and Customer forums there is a wealth of knowledge sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes patching has some issues, but the team is usually quick to implement fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to maintain my companies environment, as well as quickly onboard new systems. I also use it for its ticketing systems and network monitoring.
Excellent IT Support Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses NinjaOne for RMM and patch management. The RMM capabilities are robust and responsive. It's easy to send remote commands to and access workstations directly. I also appreciate its responsiveness in running scheduled scripts. I'll always use NinjaOne for this task over Intune (our current alternative). The patch management features works very well, and they allow for granular control over update types. Monthly patch reporting has become much more streamlined for me as an IT administrator since NinjaOne offers fully detailed logs.
(As a side note, our IT team appreciates the recent release of a NinjaRMMAgent installer for Raspberry Pi. We use a handleful of Pi's in our environment as simple servers, and being able to remote into them now is a big help!)

What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing module seems geared toward smaller businesses right now. It lacks a lot of features compared to other dedicated ticketing platforms. We used it initially, but we ended up switching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne's responsiveness (imediateness of sending out commands) has been key for our IT team rolling out bulk fixes, software updates, and remediation scripts. It's saved our team so much time and effort.
