A good experience for a newish platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and implementation. The scripting system, API and other automation tools is fairly robust. Apple device support is decent and improving. Great customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few 'quirks' here and there, integrations are a bit lacking leading to needing quite a few work arounds. Device/Employee onboarding could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of endpoints in an all remote company, many endpoint solutions were built around the idea that they would be deployed on a corporate network for the most part. Those other solutions did pivot when the plague happend, but it's still evident when you goto deploy these systems. NinjaOne is built around flexibility making it easier to manage and deploy over other "older" solutions for a remote-only company.
An excellent RMM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Automations in NinjaOne, a great way to deploy applications without any user interaction. I admire the part where we can access Files and other services like Task Manager without remoting into the device. It's a really easy and straight forward dashboard to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that deploying automation in MacOS can only be done through scripts. I wish there was a way to do it like Windows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to help a user without necessarily remoting into their machine
Great software, will be fantastic when MacOS MDM added
What do you like best about the product?
It was very simple to deploy and setup. Fair amount of templates to use on day 1.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't currently have MacOS MDM, so an application like Jamf is still required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it very quick and easy to identify where patches need to be installed and then to actually install those patches.
We are able to inventory our devices, proactively identify and respond to issues and automatically open tickets when human interaction is needed.
The RMM side makes it very easy to research and conduct the human interaction fixes, often without end user assistance.

It just works
What do you like best about the product?
The product works right from the start with very minimal setup. From their, the sky is the limit. there are so many different ways to customize the patch managment to your business needs. All of the built in processes are straight forward and easy to use. There is also a Massive forum of users who post all sorts of potential automations to use with notes and detailed info on how and when to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several automations that I would have thought would be native in the system that are not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja one lets me know when an endpoint needs attention taking out the guess work or waiting for an end user to say anything. It also allowed us to change endpoint managment vendors for a fraction of the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Centeralized Support for everyting I need.
Ease of use, Implementation, and training.
The ability to give users remote control over their own devices or selected devices.
MMD and Helpdesk ticketing systems.
Patch management that works.
I really like the roadmap and ability to request new features or add enhancements to already in place modules.

What do you dislike about the product?
Convincing upper management of the cost. They tend to just see the overal cost as a whole and may don't fully understand all the features the product comes with. It may cost you time and effort to justify the cost but it's well worth it because of all the features it comes with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management, MDM, and remote support are the three biggest benifits to this as of right now.
The ability to remote into a pc and take control saves so much time rather than having an end user trying to describe issue.
Patch management, to manually test patches before hand and then mass deploy them saves me so much time.

Great experience with Ninja onboarding and use
What do you like best about the product?
We've had multiple experiences with MSPs and their various RMM tools. Each used a different product which we accessed to varying degrees, and none have been as useful or as organized. NinjaOne has been great from day one. Implementation went well. Although our organization does not fit perfectly into the structure outlined (Org, sites, locations, etc.) we were guided with making a sound decision that has worked well for the organization and supporting it.
A few highlights are the ease of use and logical interface, the ease of intergrations and the swift customer support that assist for any issue we encounter.
