NinjaOne Saves Time! We no longer need to manually update machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any negatives. NinjaOne is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working for a small Managed Service Provider (MSP) business, Ninja has saved a lot of time with deployments and automatic patching.
NinjaOne da experience
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne combines robust features with ease of use, making it a standout choice for IT management. Its automation, remote management capabilities, and exceptional support ensure that IT professionals can maintain a secure and efficient IT environment with less hassle. Highly recommended for those looking to streamline their IT operations
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things I dislike about NinjaOne is the Initial setup can be very time consuming. Despite its user-friendly interface, there is still a learning curve associated with mastering all of NinjaOne's features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems that NinjaOne solves for us is to be able to easily remote and manage computers more easily.
Easy multifunction tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, offers multiple features including quick remote access and installations. Makes it easier when you are a one man shop dealing with all IT functions for the company. Like the visibility it offers me to the assets and the different policies that can be applied for either computers or servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running remote scripts and installations takes a while to figure out and if not done often, you need to go back to the tutorials or email support to send you the links for the tutorial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the only person in IT and need to be able to support and manage multiple locations that are a long distance from my office. Having the capability of managing the computers and keeping track of them even if not in the network is a great way to maintain the asset monitor as well to be able to remote support without user input (as long as the computer is connected to the network). Being able to maintain the patching schedule for computers that might not be in the internal network often also helps with keeping the required security policies in place.

The lack of a PSA, although Jeff Hunter says that a NinjaOne PSA will be introduced in 2025. This will counteract my dislike.

it provides a reliable and automated backup solution that reduces the risk of data loss, helping our business avoid costly downtime and ensuring continuity.
Good tool but the cost is not cheap if your employee has multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage endpoints. We use it to deploy patch and perform end user supports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can go up quickly if your employee has multiple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching endpoint, remote support and saving bitlocker key is a plus.
Cut down on support time with NinjaOne!!
What do you like best about the product?
With NinjaOne, our technician cut down their support time tremendously. They can help out our Admin staff and teachers without disrupting the meetings or class. It is very efficient especially when you have tons of projects to do while also supporting your employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not had any issues that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out tech room is far from some of the buildings on campus and we use to have to walk over to each building whenever a teacher or staff member had any IT related issues, but now with NinjaOne we have cut down on our support time by being able to remote to the users laptops/computers, especially when they work offsite.
Cheap & Different IT Management - Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy platform to use, with at least similar performance compared to other companies. Worth it for the price
What do you dislike about the product?
Steeper learning curve, but use of NinjaOne was broad so the time put into learning this platform was worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us provide remote support when needed, making it easier than responding to long calls or unnecessary meetings.
Easy to use, excellent customer service, fantastic help desk tool
What do you like best about the product?
Getting Windows, MacOS, iOS, etc. added to the environment is easy. The tools available within the tool is extremely helpful for help desk. The access tracking is also useful for ensuring proper usage. Policies are easy to configure and push to devices. The delay between applying a change and it happening on the device is much better than alternatives we've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered anything to dislike at this time. If we are to nitpick, one could be chromebook support not being available. But this is in the works already!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is consolidating a few tools we have into one environment for us. This makes it much easier when bringing new staff on, as well as existing staff having less things to go to.
Simple and intuitive RMM
What do you like best about the product?
Having never used an RMM before, jumping in was a breeze. NinjaOne helps a lot with monitoring all our devices and the backup system is a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation with setting up new devices is lacking. The amount of software availble on the automation list is small and lacks some of the basics, and has been slower than just manually setting up a PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure all out devices are running smoothly and up to date is a huge benefit. Being able to remotely remove programs and restrict them takes a lot of time off our hands.
