Ninja makes remotely managing and assisting end-users easier, which has boosted efficient IT support

IT Management Made Easy. Auto Patching, reporting, maintenance reboots, PSA connectivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to Ninja. It is a great product!

It is giving more time to our technicians to work on more important things like growing our business.

NinjaOne is the best remote monitering tool I have ever seen, i used many RMM's but Ninjaone provide full visibibility to products each and every configurations, activities and all

I don't have many dislikes but MDM would definetly required if you guys can work on it ASAP it would be nice

Most of our automation processes has been done using ninjaone like installing application, taking contol is better, having full visibility for file explorer...etc
Cool Product
What do you like best about the product?
This makes it easy to help patients who have trouble using their devices. so they are able to fill out forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The really cool products are hidden so you have to go find them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja allows me to help elderly patients who dont know how to use their computers. I am able to take over their computer or watch them and tell them what to press. Very helpful.

IT Management Simplified. Patching and loading software on multiple machines is a breeze!

Everything about Ninja is great. Unable to specify anything that I dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is alleviating the manual process of patching servers, performing maintence and installing software.
Been using Ninja for a couple years now, it's excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Combining several services into a single pane is the main benefit... Integrated ticketing, patch management, remote access, and monitoring are the main reasons we switched to Ninja, the increased efficiency is noticeable from where we were beforehand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been a few quirks that don't seem logical, but the Ninja team seems receptive to the feedback. For example, we stumbled on an issue this week trying to add a vendor's email address as an "end user" to access a specific server. Unfortunately, the vendor's email address was already used by a completely different Ninja customer/organization and the system would not allow us to use the same email address for our organization. Clearly this makes no sense. However, we went into this knowing Ninja was a young company and there would be several bugs/issues along the journey, so I'm not completely surprised.

Covering the main tools we need as an internal IT department in one piece of software.

Cutting time rolling out new computers. Remote administration for users that are remote.
