NinjaOne has been a blessing compared to our previous remote connection software.
It has made it easy to search and access company devices remotely to assist end users or install/update software as needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not much of a dislike, but can cause some confusion at times:
When searching for a device, it may show the device you are looking for, but will also show other similarly named devices.
This can add confusion due to a lot of our devices having serial numbers that are close or similar.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is an ease of use and overall better tool to connect to our end user devices. Our previous service made remotely connecting to end user devices a slow process while also experiencing a lot of lag.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to remote user laptop and control it and install the app.

When I remote user laptop, sometimes the user is not able to type in control it or not type it in the keyboard

It is solving our need ot assist and monitor remote employees
Ninja RMM has made it easy for MSPs to Monitor and Manage clients

I am able to easily create scripts to push to clients. I am able to utilize the background tools such as powershell and cmd to run commands easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I do not have anything that I dislike about Ninja.
I would like to see a more robust documentation add in to where we can document clients admin passwords. I would also like to see some kind of either screen preview or screen shot tool that does not require me to remote into a clients system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly and easily monitor the status of clients systems and proactively resolve issues. The integrated backup makes it very easy to verify backups. The other integrations with Ninja make it easy to get alerts from client devices.
Best RMM I have used so far
What do you like best about the product?
Quick response from agents. Commands and other deeds are done quicker than any other RMM I have used. Great backup solution that just works 99% of the time. Security is very nice with the forced timeouts on MFA so you have to reinput.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of features for Linux systems. Having phone servers and other hosted linux machines that we would be able to backup without purchasing additional 3rd party software would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a solid block level image solution until we found Ninja. The other solutions were just too much and had more issues than they solved. Datto is a big example of this problem.
Ninja One has been a great tool to empower our IT Team
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One has great back end tools that allow me to work on issues without interrupting a users work flow. It is also a great tool for our users to utilize for remote access when they are in a pinch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The idle time for login sessions is too short!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Installing other IT Tools bundled into the NinjaOneRMM agent is very convenient. It's one installer for all of our tools.
Ninja is great for IT Management
What do you like best about the product?
We use Ninja daily to manage all our clients. We utilize endpoint management to send updates for Windows and deploy scripts. We also use it for remote access to computers. I love the new Backstage update; it’s similar to ScreenConnect's version. We have SentinelOne integrated with Ninja, and it’s deployed to all computers. If you have issues Customer support responds very quickly and helps resolve your issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you perform a firmware update and the PC is rebooting, Ninja will time out if the PC does not come back up within a few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backups are very important for servers that we manage and Ninja makes it easy to setup.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of NinjaOne is the ability to monitor a users computer. Many clients complain about how slow their computer. We can use the tool to easily figure out what is the cause of the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the process to remote into a user's computer as an end user should be easier. The Ninja Remote install file does not install properly at times. Additionally, there is an update each week where we need to install the new version of Ninja Remote. Some clients receive an issue where they install the new, updated programs and they are still unable to remote into the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it easier to monitor end users' computer. We can help them solve an issue before they email us about the problem.
