Modern and User Friendly Asset Management

  • November 08, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
When compared to othe roptions, Ninja has been a much easier and understanable system to use. The core requirments just work, reliably, and constantly, with constant new feature aditions and communication for support. Setup was simple, like many of these products, one installer and your done. The scripting and API optiosn allow you to go pretty far with automation and integration outside fo the day to day task through the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some lacluster controls on reporting and visualzing data which sees you need to make some more customs olutons via the API instaid of the UI allowing thsi customisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and overall reliable Asset management tracking

Daily use of NinjaOne in the MSP space

  • November 08, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has excellent features, such as using NinjaOne Remote and Splashtop, so we are never unable to get into an endpoint. The Active Directory tool has been a time saver for changing passwords. We no longer have to remote into the server. We can change the password from the NinjaOne dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see each client on the dashboard without having to favorite each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we do not have to go on site to view what is happening on end user PCs. NinjaOne also has streamlined applying patches.

IT Support tech using Ninja to manage business networks

  • November 08, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Software is great, very functional and reliable. Many options and configuration to meet IT needs. Support team is readily avaliable for onboarding, and follows through with support over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submitting a ticket for issues. Ticket support is very responsive, but only sometimes resolves the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja allows me to remote endpoints to resolve issues, provides ticketing, has integrated security software, imaging, file backup options, as well as monitoring systems for errors, alerting, provides endpoint information, and has many options for policies and patching. Basically it provides me with all the tools and features needed to provide expert remote IT support for my clients.

Living My Dream of Being a Ninja

  • November 07, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja truly has changed our IT management and processes. Even though we are not an MSP and only have a single office, this management software has helped us simplify our costs and vendors. Because of Ninja, we have saved thousands of dollars to have a single pane of glass take care of patch management, security, and remote support. The value Ninja provides is nothing short of spectacular.

I have contacted multiple people I have worked with and intentionally told them about the phenominal value NinjaOne provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing missing is no katana for this IT Ninja who uses Ninja one. :(

On a serious note, the only minor gripe I can think of is sometimes we have Ninja One block an update in Windows (for example, a KB update kept erroring out on everyone's computer because Microsoft wouldn't fix it to install on a recovery partition) and we had that update continue to show up on machines (even after the update cache has been cleared) for a few weeks after.

Again, an extremely minor gripe that doesn't negatively impact us in any way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja resolved the following problems:
* Fractured software doing multiple tasks
* A better security/antivirus experience (BitDefender)
* A much more resonsive and reliable remote support experience
* Helping users restart their machines to stay up to date
