Outstanding product!!
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best endpoint management, patch management, RMM, and MDM platform in the industry! The ticketing system also rocks!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike at all yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for all of the solutions mentioned above.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the support and the dojo. They make it easy to learn every part of NinjaOne and SentinelOne with available trainings and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say more or less has to do with being unable to just sell SentinelOne to customers that don't want the management, but the protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja one is allowing us to catch things as they happen in real time to stay on top of maintanence with our clients. We can apply updates, fix small issues that save us time of being on site, and monitor incoming threats with the integrated sentinel one agent.
This gives us an overall more professional look to our clients, and shows them that we are keeping up with the latest practices in CyberSecurity and End point management.

NinjaOne Checks All the Boxes for an RMM
What do you like best about the product?
We previously used Kaseya as an RMM, which was too complex and complicated. We switched to NinjaOne and were very pleased with its simplicity and ease of onboarding new devices. Support is very responsive and the resources in the NinjaDojo are very helpful. I find myself in NinjaOne daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The method to push applications to machines could use some work. I don't think I properly understand the process and it usually takes a little tweaking of scripts to get a program to auto install.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is the primary endpoint management solution for the company.
Quick and easy to use

The remote tools makes it easier for me to maintain our systems.

Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 times for me to remote into a pc.

The remote control features and the ones that let you see what is on a computer without having to remote control it.

Finding what you want, for instance setting a computer to do a back up in under administration ,organization,"your org" backup, slected devices if i look at a machine and it does not have a back up policy there should be a link there to turn it on.

Cloning from one machine to another, remotely solving user issues and check on devices remotely
NinjaOne is a very good monitoring program, not only for IT teams.
What do you like best about the product?
In my case, as I work in marketing, it is a tool that allows me, along with the IT team, to make changes to our teams without having to bother them. For example, recently, we carried out a complete rebranding and were able, through automations, to install the new corporate typography on all our team's computers.

It is complex to use, especially for non-technical users, but nothing that a good tutorial can't fix.

Allows us to protect our equipment and add functionalities that are useful for various departments.

What do you like best about the product?
There are far too many things to name to narrow just one thing is best. If I had to say it would be the over all management of devices and being able to resolve issues, 95% of the time without having to interupt a user. It just works. This allows me time to work on more pressing projects that are requested at the executive level.

Not one thing. I am happy with NinjaOne as RMM and have used it with my last two employers. The first already used it and my previous and current employer I adopted it. Even kept the same rep. That I was most happy about.

Excellent Ticketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the layout of the ticketing page as well as the ability to remotely disable access, restart devices, and run scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could posisbly be the devices and not just NinjaOne, but it is very common for the device alerts to not go away when you restart, patch OS, or device updates.

Our main use for NinjaOne is the ticketing system and helping users resolve their issues in a timely manner.

Our team was able to familiarize themselves with the platform without extensive training, which increased productivity from the start. The implementation process went smoothly, and we were fully operational in a short time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although we are overall very satisfied with NinjaOne RMM, we miss some features in the area of Mobile Device Management. Currently, we are still reliant on another provider to ensure the complete management of our customers' smartphones.
However, we hope that NinjaOne will integrate more MDM features in the future. As soon as these are available, we plan to fully migrate our customers' mobile devices to NinjaOne as well, to manage all devices centrally and efficiently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves problems for us in remote management, scripting, and patch management. It enables us to manage customer environments efficiently and centrally, automate tasks, and save time, which significantly improves service quality and response time.
