New one man MSP NinjaOne user.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was relatively easy to setup, and easy to use on a daily basis. The integrations are fantastic and very useful, making me feel like I have many options for meeting the needs of current and future customers. There is also great documentation, both written as well as video tutorials, and they have frequent webinars that are very relevent to even someone like me at the beginner level. Customer support is awesome and very responsive. I use the product every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I don't think I am an advanced enough of a user, nor do I have any experience with any other RMM in production to compare features that may be lacking here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who is moonlighting as an MSP while still working a 9-5, NinjaOne is grouping and automating a lot of what used to be disjointed services for various customers. Now I have viable solutions to offer to the customer that are familiar, proven, and under my control.

Dependable, easy to use UI MSP

  • November 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the single pane of glass functionality from AV and updates to remote access, documentation and ticketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling support can be frustrating at times with what seems to be conflicting steps as issues work through the chain of support engineers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing, remote access and documentation all in the same space is a life saver especially with the mobile app.

Easy and powerfull to push applications, policies and scripts

  • November 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use NinjaOne day to day and it’s basically part of how we run IT now. Remote PowerShell is a big one for us as it makes it easy to manage devices without bothering the user. Pushing scripts is simple, and I like that you can run them with different permission levels depending on what you need.

I also like that there’s a few different ways to get into endpoints, so you’ve got options depending on the situation. The SentinelOne integration is solid, and the built-in backup stuff is a nice bonus too. Another thing that’s been handy is being able to add end users so they can remote into their own machine when needed.

Overall it’s powerful, easy to use, and it’s made supporting our environment way smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I miss is better real-time reporting when doing big script pushes. Like a live dashboard that shows what worked, what failed, and the actual error reason. It would make bulk deployments a lot easier to track and troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us streamline software installation and patch management across all endpoints, saving significant time while ensuring systems remain up to date and secure. The remote monitoring capabilities allow us to proactively address issues like low disk space or high memory usage before they affect end users. Its structured device grouping makes it easy to target the right machines, apply site-specific settings, and manage environments more efficiently.

I'm especially excited about the new AI-powered patch management features, which promise to take automation and accuracy to the next level.

RMM tool that just works!

  • November 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We had a couple of RMM tools before, but every tool had its downsides, mostly the stability. Now with NinjaRMM we do not have this issue anymore. The fact that you can create policy overrides on every level is just great and NinjaRemote is awsome!
What do you dislike about the product?
New features may come more quickly! :). Integrations with 3rd-party vendors are not always possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A global overview of all our systems, with the ability to access them all from the same platform while performing multiple tasks.

Easy way to connect remotely to my clients.

Great Infrastructure Management Asset

  • November 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly developing and integrating new tools into the products. Many solutions you see are staignat and do not update often. Feature roll out is awesome and often they let you be part of beta's of new features. There is more tools than we can use in the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service Management Ticketing is a bit lackluster but it is a newer offering for them and they are agressivly developing the solution. Would love to see some change management workflow built in to the tool also but few do that very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because it is an agent installed server/endpoint managment tool there is no restriction to network scanning. That was a deal breaker for us. We deploy via active directory by global group policy so our machines always get added. Patching is a game changer especialy non-microsoft software patching.
