1.Before deploying Ninja, managing their IT infrastructure, especially in terms of monitoring and troubleshooting, was a labor-intensive process. For example, addressing an exploit across 450 servers would have required a team of five working for over a day to manually execute scripts and adjust settings. With NinjaOne’s automation engine, this task was reduced to a single automated script that covered all servers in one go.
2.We also leveraged NinjaOne for enhanced cybersecurity measures. We adapted a PowerShell script for ransomware detection from industry expert Kelvin Tegelaar and integrated it within Ninja’s platform. This proactive monitoring setup enables us to detect potential ransomware attacks early, preventing costly data recovery processes.
3. checking that requerd software is installed on end points. if not ninja can install.

The overview and management of the systems; it is quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would rather wish for a sensor system that operates on a better foundation—such as PRTG or similar, with a graphical overview, perhaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ninja solves the issue of centralized management of systems, and this is a great benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is a clear and user-friendly monitoring tool. What I particularly like is that, regardless of one's skill level, there’s always a way to get the most out of the tool. The support team behind Ninja is made up of capable and incredibly friendly people, and you receive excellent assistance. We work with Ninja every day—it has become indispensable. Over my career, I've worked with many different monitoring tools, and I have to say Ninja is by far my favorite. The team at Ninja is open to feedback and changes, and many of our requests have already been implemented. The community behind Ninja is also fantastic; in the Dojo, there’s always someone who has faced a similar issue and is willing to help. Rolling out the Ninja Agent is foolproof; the discovery job allows for easy deployment without any manual effort, and the new version of the NMS is a dream!
What do you dislike about the product?
After the release at the end of September, we encountered some issues with various impacts, which unfortunately made our work more challenging. However, the support team was always dedicated to providing us with either a quick solution or, at worst, a functional workaround. Some support cases take a long time to resolve due to the complexity of the problems, but the support colleagues remain friendly and courteous throughout. They’re easy to communicate with and very approachable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja provides us with the option to have a dedicated account manager, as well as tools for patch management, alerting through conditions or scripts, scheduled tasks, and more. No other monitoring tool offers such extensive options for customizing and tailoring to meet clients' specific needs in detail. We have a lot of freedom to choose and make changes.
