NinjaOne Over Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne does exactly what it says it will. We used to use a similiar software for patching called Automox and it simply did not work as expected. Switching to NinjaOne has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love that it also comes with remote tools, mdm, backup, ticketing, custom fields, inventory control, etc. Just by implementing NinjaOne we were able to cancel 3 other softwares that we were currently using and save quite a bit of money in our annual renewals. The built in remote tool far outperforms TeamViewer which we used to use. Implementing this software is incredibly easy and hassle free and integrating from Automox to NinjaOne was so simple. I now use this software daily and actually get excited to go into it because I often find myself finding something new in it that helps me with my day to day tasks. Oh yeah, Customer Support is top notch as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about NinjaOne is that someone from NinjaOne didn't reach out to me earlier about their wonderful product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Teamviewer and now we can cancel that subscription because honestly the built in remote tools to NinjaOne far outperfrom Teamviewer. Patching just works, I dont think there is much more to say. The policies are a breeze to setup and you can get as granular as needed with policies and groups. The ability to push out scripts via in a click of a few buttons or silently install applications is amazing. What used to take hours now takes seconds. NinjaOne is by far one of the best tools I have ever used in my IT career so far.
I love the experiance.
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of tools and Scripts. It works out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant see why Updates are not being installed. I also cant see if it tries to install it again. Also, I cant see quickly if the newest updates are even installed. If a Computer doesn't get any updates it doest give a warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remotedesk and Patching
Actually pretty good. (I am a small company)
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaONE just works. I am excited when Ninja releases new features because they just work. Their patch management is the best in the industry hands down. Second thing to note is their support. I am a small fish in the BIG MSP pond. They treat me like a big fish. When I have an issues, its like they spam me with support calls until the issue is resolved. Their customer representatives also like to check in often and are always excited to set you up with more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja gives Google search so much money, that it is impossible any questions I have about Ninja. It's like an endless scroll of PLEASE SIGN UP!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leveraging NinjaONE's tools have made it to where I don't have to wear pants to work most days.
Not yet perfect, but almost there!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been an invaluable tool in our effort to wrangle our endpoints and security patching. Automations are easy to create and the reporting helps me follow up on issues quickly. It interfaces directly with many of our other tech tools, keeping things well-organized and close at hand for my technicians.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integrations that are still on my wishlist or under development. It's certainly not a dealbreaker, but it does keep NinjaOne from being a solid 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and remote workforce endpoint support.
NinjaOne RMM the real ninjas out there
