Makes remote access and management extremely easy
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to learn and powerful enough for everything I need, I find I use this everyday to resolve issues without needing to bug users.
What do you dislike about the product?
none found so far, was concerned about possible resource utilization but no impact seen so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides remote monitoring and access that was lacking in our organization before. It's significantly reduced the amount of work it takes for me to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.

Very quick, easy and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
It was super easy to get deployed and and up and running. Reliable logging, easy to deploy software, Ninja Remote works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dont like is how many times I have to put in an athenticator code. I havent looked to see if theres a way to change it so as minuscule as that is it may even be a non issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a huge upgrade from system center. Much easier to use and more reliable without having to have a huge on premises server.
Ninja RMM has been a great addition to our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Our techs have really taken to NInja's ease of use compared to other RMM's we've sampled. The customer success team has proven to be helpful in getting us exactly what we need. Overall we're extremely happy over previous RMM's we've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any big deterrents regarding Ninja. The experience has been extremely positve overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our techs are more willing to use the RMM because they find it easy to use, and an effective platform for managing devices and getting tickets closed.
Ninja has been a great product for my MSP!

I do not have any dislikes about NinjaOne
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote Login
We needed a new patch manager...
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is one of the easier patch managers to set up and deploy, only takes a few minutes to set up the back end and the endpoint agent doesn't require a reboot to work (which is a huge time saver!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The part that got me in the beginning was the trial and error setting up the update policies, figuring out where the reboots needed to be in the policy (ended up getting removed) caused some real issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have around 100 production servers I manage with tightly controlled maintenance windows, and the biggest advantage is having a single pain of glass to monitor server statuses. Super easy to deploy and restrict patches, also quite easy to set up the maintenance schedules while working with NinjaOne support.
New user and still learning
What do you like best about the product?
Support and comminication. Still early to give feedback on the actual software but seem very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
to early to tell but it does seem I have to use two-factor authentication
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ensight to servers and workstatioins lacking in resources like HDD Space and Memory usage.
NinjaOne Endpoint Management and Monitoring Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of configuration and wide range of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a selection of basic scripts to start from, this would allow me to modify them to fit my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has allowed us to retire our WSUS server! NinjaOne now saves us time and frustration, its management of all endpoints has given us the freedom to focus on additional security concerns. We also regularly use Ninja Remote, our technicians and users love it, the multiscreen view is a pleasure to use.
An RMM that runs the company
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features we have really leveraged with NinjaOne is their scripting engine, not just for Windows but also for macOS. The customization of alerts, notifications along with tying in automations is hands down the best in the industry. We have tried many RMM's and Ninja by far is the best. Their support is very responsive and readily available to assist especially in a critical situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although their support is readily available to assist their documentation or faq is lacking at times. It is not a deal breaker for us, but at times instead of submitting a support ticket a quick lookup would be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently Ninja has been a big benefit in managing endpoints, remote assistance to end users, backing up data, deploying critical patches and software.
NinjaOne: Every MSPs Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja really simplifies my MSP operations. Without Ninja, my company would not be sucessful. Thanks to the backup and ease of use for their remote support tool, I am able to get my business started and moving along.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Their devs are always making changes that are useful and support is easy to get ahold of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all the tools I need to manage a fleet of PCs into one rooftop.
