A Sleek and Intelligent UI, powerful platform let down by subpar support.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is exceptionally clean, compact, and user-friendly, making it simple to navigate and get straight to work without unnecessary distractions.

One of the standout features is the script scheduling, which is intelligently designed. Scheduling scripts is incredibly straightforward and efficient, allowing you to automate routine tasks with precision
What do you dislike about the product?
However, when it comes to customer support, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I have to rate them 0/10 for support. Their team consistently proves to be incompetent, with issues often requiring multiple attempts to explain before they even begin to understand the problem. This delays resolution time, sometimes stretching it far longer than necessary.

A particularly glaring issue has been with our custom fields, which have been broken for over two months now. Despite reaching out multiple times, there has been no clarification on the cause, and the issue remains unresolved. The lack of communication and failure to address the problem effectively has been incredibly disappointing.

Custom field is critical and it seems like they do not care at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetating tasks, Remote access, identify critical devices that are offline, patch and software management, device filtering for autoamtion etc.

Easy to use RMM for an MSP Technician

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is it's neat organization of clients and their policies, along with how easy it is to create and deploy automation scripts based on critera. It's nice to be able to deploy scripts as a remediation, as a scheduled task, on wether an endpoint belongs to certain policy, or as one-off manual scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like everything, NinjaOne has a learning curve to it. At first it wasn't super intuitive, and since the policy settings are very powerful, making one small mistake or oversight could cause major issues, like approving an incorrect patch for an entire policy for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is huge benefit when it comes to automating mundane tasks. As long as the endpoint meets the correct criteria, tasks like running SMART tests, are ran automatically and reported back in case it failed.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to setup, maintain and to automate applications/processes
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote screen sharing application is not as good as ScreenConnect. It's very good but not as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating new builds easily. Most of our apps install automatically when we onboard a new computer. Along with apps we automate systems changes, like power settings, fast boot, etc

What do you like best about the product?
Quick deployment.
Secure.
Wide range of tools (remote CMD and PowerShell, Image Backup/Restore, etc)
The remote Active Directory on DCs is very nice. Makes for resetting user passwords, unlocks very fast.
Background mode is fantastic, even though it is buggy.
Deploying scripts/apps is very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels like the device performance graphs are slow/unresponsive at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a very quick way to get into the device that I'm troubleshooting. Using other RMM tools, nothing installs as quick, and feels as fluid.

What do you like best about the product?
Cost and features. I allow my clients to use NinjaRemote for remote access. Support is great and always timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know everything that it can do. I could probably automate more than what I am doing, but I don't know how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and remote access for clients. I can setup and use NinjaOne for all of my customer support and don't need multiple vendor solutions.

ninjaOne Makes My Business Possible!

What do you like best about the product?
ninjaOne makes it easy for me to administer my enviornments and keep everything up to date. Customer support has been easy and attentive to work with. I was up and running within a couple days which made things super easy to migrate to. It's the only RMM I'd use every day and the only one I recommend. It integrates seamlessly with my PSA tool as well to give me a single pane of glass for managing customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they integrated with my EDR solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne gives me the ability to touch every endpoint in my business and make sure it is operating at top spec. If there are any issues, it's tightly integrated into my PSA so I know about problems before my customers even ask.

Ninja does exactly what we were needing it to do in our company plus more!

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for primarily a patching solution and took a look at a few different products out there. We did a demo of NinjaOne and really liked the ease of use, the ease of installing agents when adding a new endpoint. We also love the extra features like being able to easily schedule reboots for later, run powershell commands remotely, uninstall apps remotely, etc... It is also nice to see who logged into an endpoint last (and have a time stamp) to help us narrow down problems or "problem users" in our company. I use Ninjaone everyday for a variety of tasks. It was easy to set up at our company and get up and running quickly. We haven't had to call customer support yet, so I have no comment on that. But all in all, it has been a life saver for me to automate some of my daily tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't really seen any downsides to NinjaOne yet--It's been able to do everything we need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous patching issues, remote monitoring problems, and ability to send remote commands to machines.
