One platform for managing linux,mac and windows end devices

Compare to other MDM solution, sometimes refresh time/rate of the dashboard in slow

You will have a single dashbard for managing Linux windows and Mac devices with you own scripts and montiroing

Their dedication to their customers. Brandon has been great at getting me anything I need to help me grow my business.

I can't really think of anything negative at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to Remotely manage and troubleshoot my end user clients and local backups have been great.
Ninja is excellent for multi OS management

Being able manage not just Windows and Mac but Linux too makes Ninja an excellent product for our organisation.

Limited features on some operating systems

The new Warranty features are helpful for staying up to date with our device warranty expiry.

I can support my users easily in my organisation with the remote tools provided by Ninja.

The deployment options of ninja sometimes make it hard with duplicate devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to patch all of our endpoints with just a few clicks in invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few awkward situations with the UI, such as selecting multiple computers from a filtered view does not always allow actions to be taking on all of the selected devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us to keep our endpoints (servers and clients) patched with both OS updates as well as 3rd party software. This is allowing us to stay ahead of the vulnerability scans as much as possible.
NinjaOne's script deployment is really useful
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's script deployment is really useful, we use Intune through Microsoft and find it annoying when trying to get feedback from scripts whereas Ninja is instant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to deploy Python scripts to linux would be helpful for our Microsoft Defender deployments

NinjaOne's suite of features and solutions enables our organisation to fully manage devices and maintain security easily.

Some settings could be easier to find such as setting up policies and then putting them in an organisation.

The monitoring and management features of Ninja allow us to easily maintain our Device estate.

It would be nice to be able to see a summary of software separated from the driver installs on a device.

Excellent for script deployments

Ninja's remote CLI and Script Repo makes it really easy to administer settings and software remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for scripting like Python would be appreciated :)
