Reliable and intuitive RMM with great backup features

  • July 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne offers a clean and responsive interface, making endpoint management incredibly efficient. The RMM capabilities are robust and easy to deploy across client environments. We particularly appreciate how seamless the SaaS and server backup integrations are - reliable, straightforward, and low-maintenance. It saves our MSP team a lot of time and ensures client data is protected without us needing to babysit the system. The platform is fast, updates roll out smoothly, and support is responsive when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading SaaS backup data is a bit of a hussle, but nothing else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us centralize and automate remote management of client endpoints, which saves our team a significant amount of time and effort. It solves the problem of fragmented tools by giving us RMM, monitoring, and backup in a single platform. The SaaS and server backup features provide peace of mind that client data is protected and easily restorable. With proactive monitoring and reliable alerts, we’re able to catch and resolve issues before users even notice, leading to a smoother experience for our clients and less reactive work for us.

Great Software!

  • July 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Having all of the assets in one spot. Its easy to find computers in the system and run maintenance if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more comprehensive inventory aspect to it. It would be nice to assign users rather than just having the last logged-in user. Also, having a paper trail that allows us to see where the device has been, who checked it out, etc., would be helpful. Right now, we are looking at getting another piece of software to help us handle this, but it would be nice if it were built into Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device Managment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the real data for endpoints and servers. We use it for all our tickets. It is incredibly user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I do not like. It integrates nicely with our other tools!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our problem with locating assets in real time. And its ability to give detailed computer info without running difficult commands. Additionally it had the ability to push scripts and store them for each client.

Excellent platform for our business

  • July 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What it does, it does well. The features we use as an MSP are fully functional for our needs, we never have to think about work-arounds or compensating processes for shortcomings in the product. They execute in a timely manner the roadmap they've outlined and very pleased with the capabilities outlined for future releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be more robust but that appears to be getting addressed in the release schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to consistently deliver quality support to our customers.

Ninja has been easy to use and easy to learn

  • July 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Things are easy to learn and the software is fairly neat and tidy in terms of visual. Being able to install the application on the customers computer has also never been easier. I use all of the features daily and always learning something new.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been nothing yet that I dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to install the client using a quick installer allows me to launch it with new computers and being able to push scripts without having to interfere with the user has made it easy for me to get things done.

Ninja One Review - Stambaughness Tech Solutions

  • July 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is super easy to navigate. All the options are well-placed and work effectively. Unlike ConnectWise Automate, NinjaOne does not lag whatsoever. There are many other details that I like for example:
1 . How easy it is to manage and restore from Backups within Ninja
2. The bitlocker key recovery is so easy
3. You can see the host server for a VM on the main page
4. The activity logs are easy to read without going into too many options
5. option to add some devices to your favourites
6. It is easy to implement it on a new device, although I am not a part of that team but so far I have not seen any issues
7. had to reach out to Customer support only once and it went smoothly
8. We use it everyday for 8-9 hours and I almost never complain moving away from our old RMM tool because how well it have been integrated into our daily use
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The chat function is not so great and can be improved. I'd like to chat with the user before connecting to their computer/ laptop.
2. Many times I am just not able to connect to a machine and keep getting an error message. So I have to ask the user to restart their computer and then I am able to connect. No pattern here, it just keeps happening randomly.
3. I want to be able to download multiple folders from backups at the same time, instead of going one-by-one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Light-weight web interface, easy UI. Easy to access backup integration and restore. You don't need a high end laptop to be able to use ninjaOne as a user

A good team management tool

  • July 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It has many tools, I have everything centralized and available from any network, I can even use it with my mobile. The ninja support is quite efficient and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote connection fails quite often and many of the automations have to be done through scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are more about connection with remote teams, otherwise it works correctly.
