Very good Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) product
What do you like best about the product?
Users can monitor devices such as computers, servers, and SNMP devices in real-time. Additionally, they can inform IT staff about potential issues through threshold-based alerts. This proactive approach helps to identify and resolve problems before they escalate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions that can be set are unfortunately not always feasible for the MSP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps automate manual and repetitive tasks, such as managing operating systems and third-party applications, remote control, managing backups and antivirus programs, as well as script creation.

Overall, my experience with ninja has been very positive - it's reliable and inobtrusive
What do you like best about the product?
remote cmd / powershell, file browser, remote task manager, reliability
being able to quickly check what is going on with a system, and run certain tasks without having to wait for the user to be free to connect is fantastic

What do you dislike about the product?
would prefer to be able to access via a locally installed program rather than using a web portal
used to crash when opening the chat with the end user, but updates seem to have resolved that
we have one laptop in the middle east that we can't get to work reliably with it - no idea why, been removed from everything, windows reinstalled, the works - just does not like this one laptop (all others in the room are fine)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only use it for the remote support, but I believe our 3rd line has it set up for monitoring and alerting, and patch management
Remote management has never been so easy
What do you like best about the product?
We get all the information about the devices at a glance with Ninja and can perform all necessary actions, scripts, and installations on the devices with just a few clicks. Ninja is THE tool in our daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting engine still leaves a bit to be desired, but active work is being done on it, and through direct contact with the product managers, we can watch live as this part in Ninja improves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to our customers' devices, perform problem-solving on the devices without the user having to participate. This eliminates the need for constant coordination with the end user.
Excellent and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using NinjaOne for over a year and have found it very valuable for everything from remote control to patch management. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. They are always looking to improve the service they offer too with regular updates and a very helpful community forum and lots of API integrations to connect other tools to your dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool can be confusing to use and I find it difficult to extract information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NinjaOne for patch management, asset tracking and as a remote support tool
Doing more with less
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne makes it extremely easy to support our widely spread company devices, both on-prem and remote.
One of my favorite things is the ability to create and run scripts for multiple endpoints. But I also enjoy the ability to control software installations, patch management and support desk tickets from a single management interface.
We looked at several competetive options when choosing which RMM product to go with. In the end we came down to the final two options, NinjaOne being one of those. We chose NinjOne primarily because of the support experience we had versus the competitor. NinjaOne was not necessarily the cheapest option, which is a big driver for us, but we felt that having good support was worth the extra cost in the end.
The implementation was very easy, having the majority of our devices onboarded in just a few days.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Support Desk function is pretty basic. I would like to see more features surround automated routing or AI based decision-based routing. Currently you can devise rules to do some of this, but this doesn't work for every scenario.
With Patch Management, I would like a more streamlined approach to 'ring based' patching. It would also be nice to have notes to refer to when a patch is rejected so that all the techs know why the patch is in that status, along with a log of what patches were approved, when they were approved and by who.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides a singular solution to managing our endpoints. Both from a patch management perspective and remote management and support desk function. It allowed us to consolidate what used to be three different solutions into one, greatly simplifying the tools needed to be learned and used by my support staff.
NinjaOne has improved our control over computers, enabling more effective patching.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to quickly run scripts on devices and monitor the ongoing state of our computers. The patching system for 3rd party products is also great and keeps us patched with those hard to maintain applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne does not support monitoring, configuring, or managing Windows Defender on devices. This requires us to either enroll our computers in Defender XDR or implement our own solutions. Running actions in Defender are hard to monitor; meaning if I want to run a scan, I cannot see the progress or understand if the scan is even running via a remote management system. Also checking Defender update status and errors is an issue. We use Ninja to automate running Defender scripts and alert on Windows Events related but a more built-in system would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By utilizing NinjaOne we are able to expand those who can provide support to our entire environment. Today, we have our Human Resources, Payroll, Health Information Management, and Epic Analysts teams using it. NinjaOne provides a quick and easy way to support our end users experiencing complex problems that are not related just to IT.
