What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementing, integrating, and using the system. Pushing updates for any application to all our remote sites from one page is very helpful and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I looked at the MDM features before in the past, and they were very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a one stop shop to push updates out to remote sites.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic Patch Management is best of NinjaRMM.
It provides Terminal access to machine which enable easy SSH access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerting from Ninja needs to be improved.
More custom solutions needs to be provided
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaRMM is solving many problems.
- Automatic Patch Management.
- Remote SSH access to machines.
- History of activities making it more observable.
- Security & Alert Management.

NinjaOne has been a good product due to its user-friendly interface, robust automation capabilities, and excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lack of dark mode is one of my only complaints

What do you like best about the product?
Great range of remote options. Device dashboard is easy to navigate. Integrated ticket system works well. Appreciate the branding options. Support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although device dashboard is easy to navigate, some of the options such as remote software install and patching can be confusing as there seems to be multiple different methods for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides many tools to monitor our clients' infrastructures. It is an all-in-one management system and is quite easy to get into, which can't be said for many other RMMs.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface, patching is great, greats stats, remote control capabilities are fantastic, great community.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could support more 3rd party software for patching; it needs to improve its MDM support to reach feature parity with market solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management - good for internal helpdesk support
Monitoring - comprehensive so we know what issues to fix, preempt etc.
Patching - patching & script execution provide security and flexibility to us

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the new Device Overview Graphs
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to remove Alerts from Devices that need to be rebooted that are not online.

Being able to manageall our assests (media players ) across the continent.

Awesome RMM Software, ever-improving ticketing system

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is becoming a really great, well-rounded RMM and ticketing system. We are currently looking at ways to use Ninja to push OS images to the computers on our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system, while initially lackluster and insufficient for our needs, has come a long way recently, resolving the issue of keyword searching within the comments of the tickets. However, that search is still quite slow, sometimes taking a few minutes to fetch results. I do believe that the ticking search can be improved to provide results faster and to allow a greater level of filtering tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a way of tracking which computers are on our network, whether they are on or off, the ability to manage them remotely, including screensharing and automation via scripting. NinjaRMM addresses all of these areas for us. They are a growing and maturing company, and I look forward to seeing where they go.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get what need in multiple ways, integrations, ease of use. Everytime I call support everyone is freindly and knowledable.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, the chat feature. You have to remote into a device to start a chat. Some end users dislike that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMM is easy to use. Searching for what is needed is also very easy. We have worked with a few RMM tools. Ninja is my favorite.
