NinjaOne- Game Changer for SMB

  • February 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Gives small IT staff tools for growth. As a growing company, this has allowed our IT staff to manage the ever increasing number of devices, remote and onsite workstations and it provides a ticketing system that is far superior to our prior email setup. We have instant insight into users PCs, reporting that provides trends to the issues and simple RMM tools that get the job done. Onboarding and customer service was great with unlimited number of calls to make sure everything is working properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting users onboarded and cpu's linked. While there are a lot of different tools to get user devices linked up, there is a small reliance on end users taking a few steps. Not really a knock on NinjaOne, but just the varied environment in our office IT configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to scale our business with limited resources and staff- increasing efficiencies, saving time and keeping everything running.

Efficiency and effectiveness simplified

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is that the tool is so effective with what it sets out to do and has such a supportive staff that is dedicated to improvement. I am not even bothered when NinjaOne is not exactly how I would like it because I know, more then likely, they are either already working on a solution to what I am missing or will listen to what I need and take it seriously everytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is realitively new and does not have everything under the sun. But, for what it currently is, it is still more then enough for getting the job and getting it done well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In late 2023 we were looking to move away from our existing IT RMM tool. We were in a terrible place and we wanted to get out financially and upgrade in the same moment. We saw the option to "kill two birds with one stone". After looking at many options Ninja stood out to us as something that would be easy to integrate, plenty of backing on a support side, and looked feature rich for what we were looking to setup for our University. We got everything we needed along with so much more. Some of the specifics of what Ninja is solving for us are as follows -

- Remote Support/Troubleshooting
- Patch Management
- Mobile device management
- Device Protection and Monitoring
- Incident Reporting

NinjaOne is a great Endpoint Management Tool

  • February 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of NinjaOne is their endless customization and extensive automation library that can help you manage your endpoints with ease. It is also very helpful having a remote connect application as I have users in multiple locations. With Ninja Remote I can easily connect in to a remote users laptop and fix the issues needed.
The NinjaOne team is also amazing to work with. Between their webinars that happen weekly, the events they put together for their clients and the day-to-day support NinjaOne takes great care of their clients. It is a pleasure getting to work with the NinjaOne team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything bad to say about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping me solve the problem of managing my endpoint devices. Before NinjaOne I did not have visibility on how each of my endpoints were performing. Now I can see clearly which ones are needing restarts etc. We are still in the early stages of rolling it out completely at our company but are already seeing great benefits from having it. Another huge issue it is solving for me is that it is helping me set up new computers. Through automations and scripts I am able to cut down the time I spend on each computer that is needed to be set up. At a fast growing company like us this is very helpful.

Great platform for Endpoint management

  • February 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The automation capabilities in NinjaOne have been extremely useful in managing our fleet of Windows devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps not supporting remote control of Android devices which aren't enrolled on the NinjaOne MDM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the ability to remotely assist our users, NinjaOne allows us to quickly deploy scripts and automate actions, this has been helpful in remediating any security threats and maintaining our devices.

Fast and frictionless way to get your servers under management

  • February 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface for N1 was very easy to understand and intuitive. Some of the built in integrations like Sentinel One made our work of asset protection very easy. Additionally, when we were onboarded we worked with a very knowledgeable team that was patient and answered our questions thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the remote orchestration and automation might be better. Server patching doesn't quite work like you think it will. Sometimes you don't really know why the servers aren't patching. Some of the alerts don't really clear up like you would expect them either. It would be nice if there was a button to make NinjaOne go and fetch an update for that alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with patching our servers and rebooting our servers consistently. And it was difficult to remotely manage our servers. With Ninja One we were able to tackle these two fundamental operational processes and made it easy to use.

I am a Technology Coordinator for our school district. I have been in this position for 20+ years.

What do you like best about the product?
Our use of NinjaOne is invaluable to our staff as we are a two-man operation with 4 schools and a central office. We use it for its remote capabilities to cut down on travel and response time.
Endpoint management, Remote monitoring and management, Patch management, and inventory are the main uses we take advantage of from the NinjaOne suite of products. The application is simple to distribute to the endpoints. Customer support, when needed has been excellent and timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing process is not as smooth as I prefer, so we use a different program for the helpdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a limited technology team such as ours, Remote access to our endpoints have made a significant impact on response time. Information gathering about technology issues with the endpoint devices makes solving problems easier with less down time for our faculty and administrators.
