Why Ninja is The Best
What do you like best about the product?
The functions, features, scripting, layout, granular access.
What do you dislike about the product?
"No such procedure" and it agent check in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One is consistently adding new patches and features that benefit workflows from an MSP standpoint.
NinjaOne makes it easy to support our clients without disrupting their day.
What do you like best about the product?
We use NinjaOne mainly for RMM, patching, and automation, and it's been a huge help. It's super easy to use, and we can install or update our platforms on client devices without needing to go onsite or interrupt their workflow. The remote support and automation tools save us a ton of time and make our job way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little hard to spot failed scripts or patch errors at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us manage all our clients’ devices without interrupting their work. Before, patching or installing software meant downtime or having to go onsite, which wasn’t ideal. Now, with automation and remote access, we can update and fix things quietly in the background. It saves us a lot of time and keeps our clients happy because they don’t get disrupted. Overall, it just makes managing everything way easier.

I love the ease of use for this RMM and the ability to manage all of my client devices without fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue with NinjaOne is that sometimes we can have issues with some of the automated tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best problem that NinjaOne is solving is the RMM and MDM features.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it is the best part. With my company we use NinjaOne as a RMM and it makes it so easy to access clients computers and help them reset or figure out there problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downsides to NinjaOne, it runs smoothly has a great interface. Very easy to use.

It makes it really easy to access our clients computers so we can help them fix problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything you are looking for is very easy to find. The platform as a whole is very user friendly and easy to configure for deployment. Creating automation and using automations, even seeing what automations or tasks are running is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a hard field to fill but there has always been one thing I've always wished was part of Ninja. Email notifications for when automations complete. Ideally this can be configured for specific automations and disable on others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja makes connecting with clients easy which expedites resolving any issues users may be having.
New Exciting Product Vendor for our organization!
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive dashboard makes for easy navigation. This product is upping our cyber security as well as allowing for better remote management and we welcome it with open arms. Implementation was not tedious and allowed for easy deployment for staff. This product has also seamlessly integrated with our current O365 environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we do not have any complaints or dislikes for NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What used to be handled manually, is now being automated providing patch management. This has also allowed for some great remote monitoring solutions!
Powerful tool with many applications
What do you like best about the product?
"All in one" is probably the perfect description for NinjaOne. It is impressive that so many applications are represented in one interface and that the whole thing has been implemented very easily. Furthermore, it is truly amazing how deeply one can penetrate into the system structure of the client. The integration into the systems is a breeze. NinjaOne has become a daily companion for us and is used regularly. Should questions arise, the support is always quickly reachable and has always been able to help so far.

Currently, there is nothing negative to say.

What do you like best about the product?
Remote connectivity is seamless, patch management is logical and easy to configure, the remote tools are a life saver and the automation library is comprehensive. Also, the documentation is up to date, easily accesible and linked to the UI

nothing yet, its ticking all the boxes for us

We were looking to consolidate our RMM and patch management platforms, ideally reducing cost and increasing/improving functionality. NinjaOne allowed us to do that

Simple and extremely fast deployment of the RMM. Started directly intuitively without having received much training.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is somewhat poorly managed to "just quickly" install software on exactly one device. This software is available in the library via Winget, but it cannot be installed without a policy. This should be revised.

Currently, there are no relevant problems with us that only Ninja can solve.
