NinjaOne - the RMM tool for everyone, simple and professional
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a particularly user-friendly (easy to handle) and efficient RMM tool that stands out with an intuitive user interface and can be quickly learned. It allows centralized management of all devices, servers, and workstations, supports multiple operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux, and is thus suitable for various IT environments. The tool offers powerful task automation, especially in patch management, and allows the creation of scripts to automate recurring tasks.
With NinjaOne, administrators can monitor system performance in real-time and receive immediate alerts if necessary. Security and compliance features such as encrypted connections and detailed compliance reports provide additional protection. Furthermore, the tool offers high scalability, making it suitable for both small businesses and large IT teams or managed service providers. The flexible pricing model and the ability to pay only for needed features make NinjaOne particularly cost-efficient.
Compared to other RMM tools, NinjaOne scores with faster performance, easier handling, and greater adaptability to the individual needs of users. It can also be easily integrated into existing IT infrastructures and offers excellent customer support. Overall, NinjaOne offers an excellent price-performance ratio and is a recommended solution for IT teams looking for a powerful and flexible remote management software.
NinjaOne is among the first 5 products I start in the morning. We use the tool daily, and therefore it must work - no ifs or buts.
In particular, the implementation of the user interface is extremely simple, resolved, and requires little to no training from my perspective. It is self-explanatory, and anyone can start right away. The use for agent rollout is also well and easily implemented.

What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis, reporting, and long-term retention (e.g., from monitoring) should be possible retroactively for 365 days. Competitors are somewhat better in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In summary, it can be said that NinjaOne addresses many of the everyday challenges faced by IT service providers and MSPs by offering a user-friendly, scalable, and automated solution for device and network management. The features for security, remote maintenance, automation, and reporting help to increase efficiency, reduce error rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if the Linux OS has a Gui mode remote other than the terminal app. Its not easy to reinstal the Agent if a device is not showing online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick remote support to our internal staff, Keeping computers patched and up-to-date.
Nelle is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we have a dedicated representative for our account where we can ask about our tooling and easily add licenses for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're not the biggest fan of the Documentation feature but we love all the other features so its not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has helped to streamline the support and tracking processes of the company and allowed our team to grow and manage our growing user base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that there is not much I dislike about the NinjaOne platform. Every aspect that we have implemented has performed above and beyond our expectations. There's a lot to the system that we haven't even scratched the surface on yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that NinjaOne solves for us is end user support. After 2020 our workforce became so disjointed that it was difficult to manage, track and support our users. With many users working remotely it was very difficult to support them without having the right tools in place to do so. NinjaOne gave us this ability by consolidating every computer into one location and with the integration of TeamViewer (we don't use this anymore) and Ninja Remote (our preferred method of remote support) we were able to support the users no matter where they were as long as they had an internet connection. This had been a huge hurdle for us for a long time. With this we have seen user support satisfaction increase tremendously and support calls get resolved in a matter of minutes/hours vs a matter of days. The expanding feature set of the software is allowing us to perform support tasks we had only hoped for 2 years ago.
Really good so far
What do you like best about the product?
It's really nice to have multiple IT functions under a single roof. The ability to consolidate patch management, health monitoring, remote access, documentation, etc into a single service create a ton of efficiency in my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the services can improve (and will improve over time). I attempted to use the built in IT documentation and didn't find it dynamic enough to migrate my existing documentation solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating multiple IT services under 1 roof
NinjaOne - The Ultimate RMM Tool for MSP's and MSSP's
What do you like best about the product?
We rely on NinjaOne to document, manage and monitor our clients' IT infrastructure . The robust platform is intuitive and easy to use and has excellent integration capabilities with third-party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike about NinjaOne. It's reasonably priced and adapts to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has become an indispensable part of our business. It empowers us to deliver proactive, reliable and secure IT support to our clients. Having documentation, remote monitoring, remote access, patch management, backup and automation on a single pane of glass is a game changer for us.
Powerful and customizable, but still simple and elegant.
What do you like best about the product?
As of the time of this writing, we have been using NinjaOne as our exclusive RMM for a year. My entire technical team uses it every day. It was very easy to deploy, and learn to use, especially when contrasted with some of the older competing RMM products on the market. You don't need to have a dedicated "tools" person to manage the RMM features of Ninja, as it does almost everything we need without having to be customized. Despite it's simplicity and elegance, it still has a lot of customization that you can apply if the out-of-the-box configuration doesn't handle all your requirements.
The salespeople were respectful of my time and not pushy, which I really appreciate. After the sale, my account manager has been attentive and fantastic.
One of the nice things is that NinjaOne offers free, live training that you can schedule whenever you need. Did you hire a new tech? No problem, schedule a free hour and a half onboarding training session for them, and they'll come out of that training knowing how to use Ninja. Same thing if a new feature is released that you want to learn about in depth - Just schedule a training session.
Overall, NinjaOne's RMM tool hits the perfect breakpoint in simplicity, features, and customizability.
It far outshines lower-end competitors such as Syncro and Atera in features and flexibility, while also outshining higher-end products such as Connectwise Automate and N-Able's N-Central in ease of use. While no RMM tool is perfect, NinjaOne comes as close as I've seen.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything is perfect of course. My perception is that as NinjaOne expands itself to offer a wider range of features and services, some of the quality slips a little bit. For example, their backup solution is wildly overpriced for what it does, and I recommend using something else. Their in-house "Ninja Remote" remote PC control tool is fantastic for my team, but has some shortcomings for end users that use it to access their office PCs. Each of these shortcomings, though, are in products that are not part of their core RMM offering, which as I mentioned, is quite solid.
I my feeling is that a little more polish (and a rethinking of the pricing structure in some cases) on some of these secondary add-on features would go a long way in making everything NinjaOne offers top tier like their core RMM features already are.
The only real technical challenge that we have faced are that after we deploy Windows Updates on our client's servers, on a handful of seemingly random systems, the NinjaOne service doesn't successfully start after the automatic reboot. This leaves the server appearing to be offline in the NinjaOne console, which is obviously quite a problem. The NinjaOne support team is looking in to this issue even as I write this review however, so I anticipate a solid resolution in short order.

NinjaOne is our bread-and-butter. It's how we track, document, and interact with our client's servers and workstations. Without NinjaOne, or some other RMM tool like it, we really wouldn't be able to provide service to our clients. It so happens that NinjaOne does so more effectively than other tools that we have tried, so the benefits are ease of use, and the flexibility to customize things if we need it.
The best remote monitoring tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
- Monitoring and management of an infrastructure is massively simplified by Ninja
- Includes all the tools necessary for management.
- Includes all the tools necessary for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be a bit more intuitive in some areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not entirely sure what the question is aiming at.
Very good management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of installation, deployment, and how customizable it is
What do you dislike about the product?
In the time we've been with her, we haven't found anything unfavorable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the international expansion of the company and since we didn't have any tool that performed this function, it hasn't served (it serves us) to have inventory control and equipment management at all levels.
Great team management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great customization of the tool with policies and scripts. The remote tool is very useful. Little by little, they are implementing many management improvements on Apple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been with them for more than a year and nothing noteworthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the IT level, we have overcome many barriers thanks to Ninja and its management of patches, installations, and remote access.
