Great for large and small organizations

  • March 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of seeing all your systems at a glace and being able to see the issues makes the system immensely helpful on a day to day basis. I also really appreciate the SMS notifications that are an options for when a server goes offline. This has saved us a few times when thing go down in the middle of the night. It gives me the time to respond to get things back up before the whole company starts panicking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have seen is the ticketing form can be pretty basic. compared to other platforms I have used. Personally I prefer it this way as users never fill out the information all the way and I have to get more information regardless. But the simple option for them to submit a help ticket is more preferred in my eyes than a more detailed option that users hate using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solved an issue we had with keeping over 200 systems up to date and allow us to watch for any other issues that come up. Things like failed updates, hard drive running out of space, excessive RAM usage, etc. Small things like these can be corrected before they become critical. The ticketing system is robust enough for what we need but simple enough for users to actually use it. This was a great help for our company to allow us to track and make sure things do not get forgotten about.

What do you like best about the product?
I function in a sales role, and the features and benefits within Ninja One are leveraged throughout our managed solutions. I like how the stack continues to grow and better align with the emerging needs of our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more functionality about the cost and usage of a given client or product in operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My core benefit is the visualization of managed devices and the ability to convert that information into effective sales opportunities. It also serves as an efficient resource to scope out hardware needs.

NinjaOne Lets You Take Control of Your IT

  • February 27, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the best thing about NinjaOne is the ability to access all our devices from a central location, regardless of whether our techs are on Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android.

The onboarding team is very friendly, there is plenty of documentation, and upon logging in to NinjaOne for the first time, you have a checklist of how to set up your environment.

We also utilize NinjaOne for our ticketing system which has greatly increased response times and centralized user requests.

Overall, I’m very glad we partnered with NinjaOne and would recommend it to anyone looking for any of the solutions they provide. Next month will be our 1 year anniversary using their platform, and I’m certain there will be many more to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have experienced so far is with certain Windows servers not allowing us to connect using NinjaRemote based on what time zone is set on the server (UTC, etc). Perhaps this is an “us” issue, or something in our configuration, but we have found that NinjaRemote will connect using other time zones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to connect to our endpoints from (almost) any device which means our technicians get more done more often, regardless of where they are. It has also solved our user support issues with a great ticketing system that frees up time for our staff to focus on issues based on severity and allows us to delegate the work based on categories. Overall, it’s a great improvement for our quality of life when we have control over these things.

What do you like best about the product?
Constant quality of life updates. Very flexible for custom scripts, automation, reports, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of essential features such as MDM which we have been waiting for a while (These are on the pipeline for this year)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing lots of UI issues, and newer/better reports.
Merger with DropSuite fixes a lot of backup concerns we have had.
MDM for MacOS coming out soon.

Multi-featured product that is constantly expanding it's capabilities

  • February 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We mainly use it for both Windows and 3rd party patch management, remote access, automations, reporting and software deployment all under one pane of glass. We like that NinjaOne is constantly working on new offerings and it's a very rare occasion that there are technical issues. For example, later this month (July 2025) they're adding a "Remote Background Mode" option that allows you to remotely access and manage devices without interrupting the user, AI-assisted patching and other enhancements. Tech support has also been great and responsive to any types of questions. The Sales team is on top of things but never a bother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about NinjaOne. They're very responsive to feedback and take what they do seriously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to remotely connect to end users' computers, whether they're at home or in one of our many buildings, without us having to travel to that location to give support. That has been a huge time saver and alleviates frustration for staff when there's an issue. NinjaOne has replaced legacy patch management products for Windows and 3rd party products, which has also saved us a lot of time. It allows us to remotely deploy software to remote computers whether they're in the office or working from home, and even automate processes for machines that need updates/fixes/new software installed. It has customizable alerts and also many built-in ones that are constantly monitoring our systems. There are a lot of features we're not using but that's primarily because we established solutions for those things before we started Ninja years ago.

Powerful RMM Platform

  • February 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne offers a wide variety of features right out of the box, it can be a complex tool but at the same time can be simple to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerts for specific machines can be difficult to configure without making various changes within Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne offered us an alternative to another major remote viewing software and included a large number of other features that at the time we weren't even looking for. NinjaOne has made it much simpler to manage all of our endpoints in our organization and offer us a large amount of features we have benefited from.

Easy Device Management

  • February 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to manage a fleet of machines while providing user support. The ability to patch and update machines on a schedule is priceless. You can keep things updated and current without having to worry about it.

The remote support tools make supporting remote users a breeze. To jump in and see what the user is seeing or just take control all within one dashboard makes it seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the scripting options aren't as straight forward as they could be. Ninja uses it's own fields which require learning what they do. I often find myself just writing a script and ignoring the Ninja options because it's just easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the organization to patch machines that are located throughout the country without having to worry about it. You setup a schedule and mostly forget about it and it just works.
