I think Ninjaone is very useful, a very important tool for our team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of everything, great support site so you can find help for things easily and if you can't find it the support is great to. the patching is great and easy to use. software inventory that the agent does is great when I need to see what is installed on computers or where something installed.
What do you dislike about the product?
no real downsides that I can think of from using it, one thing I don't like is the agent loses connection sometime to the dashboard so I have to find another way onto the machine to be able to clean out the old agent and reinstall it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use Ninjaone for all of our patching for the computers/servers in our environment. We also use it for RMM management when we need to help users at different locations.
NinjaRMM is AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
Patching, device management, altering, remote assistance, ticketing are all done from one console and has streamlined much of our day to day activities.
The automations make sure updates and critical software are installed regardless of where the device is, which is a huge win for us as we recently transitioned to almost all users having a laptop.
NinjaRemote is incredibly efficient and helpful and it allowed us to save several thousand a year by ditching TeamViewer.
Initial installation was a breeze, we added it to a GPO, and quickly added all of our devices to the console for management.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say that any feature I've used in Ninja I dislike. I spend most of my day in the NinjaOne console and I don't think I could live without it in my current role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several!
Allowed us to ditch our troublesome WSUS server for patching.
Allowed us to ditch TeamViewer for remote management. Ninja Remote is quick and efficient, we typically are in the users computer before we get done saying hello.
The automations help us roll out software updates and install critical software regardless of the endpoints location.

Ninja One RMM is the lead in the industry
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM is a highly regarded tool known for its exceptional ease of use, featuring a clean and intuitive interface that requires minimal training. Its implementation is generally straightforward and supported by a responsive onboarding team, though larger or more complex environments may need additional configuration. We frequently get fast customer support, and the documentation is up-to-date. It plays a central role in endpoint management, patching, and remote access for my organization. It offers a robust set of core features, including automation, scripting, and monitoring. They are always developing new tools suck as MDM, backup and new endpoint features. Integration is good with our documentation tool and AV.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the current state of the software, I don't have any complaints about it.
The features I miss are the ability to backup M365 content, inventory and password vault.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to work remotely, schedule tasks, for the betterment of the IT security within the devices.
NinjaOne has helped me cut down on manual tasks, especially OS patching
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have everything in one console. I can receive the ticket, see the end user and the device, all the details I need, and then remote in quickly if needed. It has streamlined my troubleshooting processes, and now I no longer need to open and track multiple softwares. Implementation was extremely easy and I can add and remove features just by disabling/enabling them. This is a daily tool for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a technicians app for ticketing, and I wish I could customize my systray for ticketing and force required fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent running around the facility for OS patches is a big one. It also has allowed me to consolidate multiple tools into one console.
NinjaOne has massively facilitated our daily work with our various customer networks.
What do you like best about the product?
The service is cloud-based. Thus, it is accessible from anywhere. The endpoint "only" needs an internet connection. The setup is logical and easy to understand; you can quickly implement desires and goals. Very active community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now and then, one notices that with more complex processes, one reaches their limits; then one must help oneself with scripts or other workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we hardly had the opportunity to centrally retrieve or manage the patch level of all our customers before using NinjaOne.

Ninjaone is the best RMM tool for taking access of remote users and OS/Software updates.
What do you like best about the product?
The most good part of the tool is you are able create end users and give them the device access that has ninja one installed.
There are more different options for taking access of devices like ninja one, TeamViewer and splash top.
Ninja one best because if do not know about how to write script still you can create/use script with the help of ninja templates.

Life is simple and efficient with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a one-stop solution for all of our needs. It was simple to deploy and convenient to use. The ticketing system has helped us close the feedback loop with our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage I can think of is that other solutions are found wanting after using Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the maintenance needed on existing systems, among many other things. But that has probably been the biggest gap that has been filled since we deployed NinjaOne, our systems are getting patch quickly and efficiently.
